It’s hard to choose a bias in Mamamoo. It’s a different member every day. Right now its moonbyul haha. I love your mamamoo reactions. Can’t wait for the next one 😊
Wheein is all the way my ult bias and also ult artist. She is just an intriguing human and I love her energy ideology depth and personality. She is a person with incredible quality and more so she has such a beautiful soul
No, no you were right about 7x4=28. It's just that Wheein was the only one who noticed that was wrong. That's why the video labels her as a "genius" haha
I stan hwasa she is so gorgeous 😍 all of mamamoo is. Also her voice is more my preference stylistically (though I could listen to all of them forever.) I love her pride in her appearance, that she doesn't change herself for the sake of others crappy opinions. N yes whoever told you that bras aid in the loss of elasticity in our breasts it's true, not ta mention its seriously uncomfortable. I myself refuse ta wear them.
24:03 Yes! Bra is hurting us sometimes, this is why most of us take off our bras in home, or when we going to sleep. It even hurts your shoulders and back because you carry them all the time 😩😩
Hwasa once said that she and Wheein lived very hard when they were trainees, and it was through their friendship that they supported and encouraged each other to get through that difficult time! Their strong friendship has always been her strength!
This guide is one of the best in Kpop. There is only 4 videos from Purple Hawk. So I think he's been hired after this, because his work is really great.
My bias is Hwasa. I started as a kpop fan because of her. I first saw her in variety show I Live Alone. I saw how genuine and funny she is and since then, I casually watch her show. But I became a kpop fan after the released of Maria, I became a Hwasa fan because I really like the meaning of the song and then became a mamamoo fan eventually.
my bias is wheein at first I gravitated towards hwasa more but when I learned a lot about mamamoo wheein just took my heart but the rest of the members are wreckers
My bias is puppy..they are the best performer..they start from street to the top..from 3 audience to a concert..they recogni for their talent, thanks to their company for see talent than visual and trust them.while since debut they got hate becouse they age(almost 40 company reject solar becouse her age)and their visual not standart enough for kpop idol.react to their journey and many live performance they are amazing artist trust me.
I love how each member of mamamoo pushes the boundary in different ways: Solar- what you can and can't do Moonbyul-gender norms Wheein-all love is love Hwasa- body image 4 queens, 1 powerhouse group. (My bias is Moonbyul personally. I'm part of Moonbyuls harem LMAOOO but wrecked by them all at all times)
I love this omg!!! If you’re searching for groups to do guides on, I recommend Stray Kids. The guide by skz vintage is sooo good. It has the same quality as this one. Both Mamamoo and Stray Kids are so unique and amazing. Def recommend 🥺❤️❤️❤️
The bra thing is just a myth. It's not bad for you in any way. HOWEVER! The point is that as a woman, no one should be able to tell you whether you should wear it or not. If it makes you uncomfortable, don't! On the other hand, other women, mostly with big booba feel uncomfortable without it as they need the support lol Basically, it's a matter of freedom of choice we should all have. That's what feminism is all about. ;)
As far as i know, Soju aka the most known alcohol in Korea, is basically a wine , so in a range of 10+% vol. So yeah, maybe Solar just has low tolerance(or Wheein high one) ;d Bias wise: Moonstar, but if anyone says shit about any of them imma defend it with my whole self, love all of em.
@@l1smm309 Damn. I already knew I was a lightweight. Two light beers will get me buzzed enough to last the night, especially if I drink them fast (gotta have it served cold or it tastes bad to me). They are only between 3.5% and 5% alcohol here in America, depending on the brand. WOW, I would not even be able to handle a single bottle of soju... :D
Solar is my animal spirit, I met Mamamoo through Hwasa but Solar made me enter the fandom. Man I change bias every so often, but Solar will always be my first. (I also believed at first that Hwasa was the leader jeje but Is the pretty maknae)
I have never loved an artist as much as I love Hwasa! She receives so much hate and despite that, she perseveres and keeps doing what she loves. She is so good to her fans and is such a sweet person. MAMAMOO is the only female group that I have really liked since getting into kpop 2 years ago.
Many moomoos can't pick a bias and personally I'm biased against the notion of having a bias in a group I like. However, when I first got into kpop and Mamamoo one of the first things I did was to binge watch all their performances on Immortal Songs and by the time I was done I had to admit I was a Solar bias. She's the member who can make me cry at the bend of a note even when it's not a sad song. Mamamoo has always been one of kpop's biggest shit magnets and it started even before they debuted. You learned about Hwasa being told she was fat and ugly at an audition. Solar was rejected by over 40 agencies because she was thought to be too old and told her parents she'd give up if she didn't pass the audition with RBW. Moonbyul & Wheein had previously been with another agency so they were retreads who weren't thought highly of or considered can't-miss idol material by the other company. Prior to debut RBW hosted a showcase for industry pros and were told by everyone that MMM would fail and they were crazy to debut them. Once they debuted they made it clear they weren't going to follow a typical girl group model and were going to do things their own way. They repeatedly challenged or simply ignored kpop and Korean norms regarding beauty, fashion, gender, sexuality and behavior in general but rather than copping a bad girl or tough girl attitude everything they did and the songs they wrote and performed exuded radiant positivity and were vehicles for self-expression and empowering, inclusive messages that embraced people who had been marginalized or, like them, criticized for being different and unusual. They've stayed strong despite the endless hate flung their way and have become role models for younger artists, esp women. I think they represent the heart and soul of kpop's 3rd generation and have done more to expand opportunities for young women and people who are out of the norm than any other group. And even after achieving success they have never stood still or rested on their laurels. They're always trying new things musically while pushing the envelope socially by releasing groundbreaking tracks such as Moonbyul's recent erotic song Shutdown about a w/w relationship.
It cracks me up when reactors even second guess themselves when Hwasa says 7×4=32 and Wheein questions it because it's not. Lol. I think even I second guessed myself for a sec as well when I first saw it.
Ok but you're so funny and your voice ❤️👌 also satisfying to see your anger at Hwasa's hater part because that is me, til this day 🤣 Btw could you react to Wheein's dance cover - Lo lo? She's so good at this
I'm sorry but as curvy woman myself, I don't see an ounce of fat on HWasa. Are people looking at the same beautiful woman I am, also there is such thing as being pleasantly plump and still being fit and healthy so that comment saying she doesn't take care of her body is a load of crap. I think each of the Mamamoo members bring something unique and different to the group and their music sound, plus they do what want and they sing live which is very hard to see in the Kpop industry. Most Kpop singers are either lip syncing to pre-recorded live vocals, just lip syncing completely or they're trying to sing live over a very LOUD studio backing track. It's a shame really. BTW I love your videos Sebatine, especially the ones about my Mamamoo girls, your reactions are brilliant. Liked and subscribed.
There was a study that suggests wearing bras weakens breast muscle and results in sagging. But there have been others saying it’s false. So I say, women should wear (or not wear) what they want. 🤓
Warning, this comment contains a whole lot of TMI, but I didn't see a comment answering Sebastine's question, so you can find my answer below the cut. This video was made months ago and I was an idiot and put off responding to this particular point until now...but about wearing bras: a lot of it comes down to how big your breasts are. For context, breast size goes from A-cup all the way to DDD-cup, A being the smallest and DDD (triple-D) being the largest. Breasts are ultimately a muscle that actually extends over your shoulders and down your back; the larger the breasts, the greater the back pain. I will say as a B, almost C-cup, I will get back pain if I don't have proper support. Support usually comes from the bra. Most bras are made with little metal wires that rest underneath the breasts and provide firm support. Depending on the breast size, people will wear sports bras or bralettes(which don't have wires) rather than regular bras. As for wearing them all the time...(full disclosure I live in the U.S. so medical advice may be different than what others have experienced) I was told by my doctor to not wear a bra 24/7 so I could give my skin time to relax after being restricted for so long. You will see a lot of memes on the internet about women getting home from work or school and relaxing by taking off their bras; there is a whole lot of truth in that. After wearing a tight article of clothing for a whole day, one of the best feelings in the world is to remove it. Personally, I don't sleep with a bra and it feels great. Others don't like that, so each to their own. Now, I personally don't wear shirts without bras out in public, mainly because I'm too self-conscious about my body and I don't have the guts. I can wear a sports bra (and no shirt) when I go running outside, but only if the bra is so padded there's no chance of someone seeing my nipples. Regardless, I have no problem with what Hwasa did. She looked stunning, confident, amazing, I wish I was her. However, I can understand that, since Korea is still a very conservative nation, this would have been a huge shock to fans and haters. I'm just glad that all the hate didn't dent her confidence 💅👑 Sorry for the dissertation, loved the reaction, and I'm sorry for any misspellings or poor grammar.
Please react to taller than you by mamamoo! I feel like youd be surprised by it. It’s a diss track by members to each other because of their heights which have a 1cm from each other
wheein’s name is pronounced with a soft, airy “w”, so it’s almost like there’s a soft “h” in front. so it sounds like /hWHEE-in/. kinda like how old-timey rich white ppl used to say “white” like it’s got a “h” in front. thank you for loving the girls 🥰 really appreciate and enjoy all your reactions!

You'll learn a lot about her artistry, hardwork, versatility, personality, and her being a lyricist. I'll link the video below.. Hope you can react to it! Thank you and have a good day! 😊 An introduction guide to Hwasa by Hwasa Collection: ruclips.net/video/v7cdqfuUAcQ/видео.html
About the bra part, yes, it is bad for our body, it can make our posture worse, besides hurting the back, shoulders and rib cage, making even harder to breathe if women wear it for too long.
Honest to god, if I had Hwasa’s body, I’d be showing it off everyday too. She is STUNNING. Coming from me, I’m always being told to eat more and to put more meat on my bones and if I could do that and look as good as her, with all the beautiful curves, I would in a heartbeat. Women are held too tightly to unrealistic standards for everything and when someone with a normal beautiful body presents themselves people freak out and I don’t understand why. Being skinny isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and it’s comes with a lot of downfalls and you’re constantly freezing, and people always ask if you’re sick or have an eating disorder. I guess what I’m trying to say is, this group and other empowering kpop women who say fuck the standards and society, I look up to them so much. They make me feel like I’m not just walking bag of bones and that my body is something to love even if the world hates it. I love these women. Also I love you for understanding and standing up for women like this too! ❤️👏🏼
for wheein vs math, it is indeed 28... she was asking how the others managed to get 32 and how they swore it was the correct answer and for her vs memory... that wasn't exactly the best clip to show her memory skills off but it was the most entertaining one (usually she memorizes lines of up to 30 words and repeats them back verbatim. crazy skill but doesn't look interesting on camera for the alcohol thing... lightweight tends to vary depending on social circles, but solar can't really handle alcohol at all so tends to be drunk before she finishes even one drink. hwasa likes the taste of alcohol but doesn't actually drink terribly much, so gets tipsy pretty easily (which is exactly how she likes it). byul and wheein both like to drink, though they each have different preferences. both like soju but byul also enjoys beer while wheein tends to prefer hard alcohols with archery, wheein was actually the first idol to hit three 10s in a row in that competition on hwasa: a crazy thing about her being considered 'fat' by kpop standards (not so much general korean anymore, at least... they've changed enough there but still need a ton of work) is that she's actually still tiny, skinny and underweight... their standards are just so ridiculously unrealistic yet people are trained to think that's how things should be also, that bit you were talking about with taking command of your own insecurities... mamamoo's song "yes i am" is exactly that. all four members talk about the things about them that don't meet the korean ideal but instead of complaining about them or wanting to change them they embrace them and go "this is what makes me unique. and i love that i'm like this". one of their more overt self-empowerment anthems and something pretty much everyone needs to hear and try to live up to and on the hate...sadly, all kpop idols get a huge amount of hate... i honestly don't see how they can handle seeing even a small portion of it, or how people have decided that it's totally cool to just constantly hate on them for fun (as many seem to do). sadly, mamamoo is one of the groups that some seem to focus a huge amount on hating, so much that many hate on them just to try and be cool... and the hate they get is beyond sickening. and even more sadly, hwasa does indeed still get the majority of this. it's beyond sad when self-proclaimed feminists who praise anything and everything some artists (esp big 3 ones) do turn around and try to tear down others, especially those who have been actually fighting to equalize women to men in the eyes of the general publc the 'i'd take my shirt off for them'...while a direct translation of what she said is...wrong, at least by intent. what she meant by that was the english phrase 'i'd give them the shirt off my back'
Thank you for reacting to more Mamamoo content. Also, if you're interested, please dl react on this Hwasa guide as well. This has more on the artistry and musical side of Hwasa. 😊 ruclips.net/video/v7cdqfuUAcQ/видео.html
I know that I'm seeing your reaction late... but at that point hadn't you seen enough KPop to know about the insane/unhealthy KBS(Korean Beauty Stantards). And yes the Bra thing is true, if you don't need it don't use it. My Bias is Solar...
Hwasa actually has always been the least favourite amongst the fandom.. korean as well as western part of fandom..but she is the most successful member out of the group coz she has many casual listeners as you will see her albums sales are least compared to other members but she does well on charts and streaming platforms.
Ah, the bra debate. Honestly, no one really knows. But the bigger it is, the heavier it is. And also, the bigger it is, the more expensive the bra is! Some bras just doesn't suit you, and some bra just feels right but you're gonna wear that all the time and it's uncomfortable. I mean, it does kinda protect you from sagging(at times) if you start earlier. But yeah. The cons are it's uncomfortable, expensive, and bad for your shoulders and back when you have bigger than a C or a D.
yeah I don't know if there's been any extensive studies on it, I feel like there needs to be a life long study to know if it's true or not. And it obviously also depends on how big your bust is, the results are gonna be different for different women and genetics probably also matters.
It’s hard to choose a bias in Mamamoo. It’s a different member every day. Right now its moonbyul haha. I love your mamamoo reactions. Can’t wait for the next one 😊

Also I love you for understanding and standing up for women like this too! ❤️👏🏼
I suggest to react to hwasa and jessi show interview is very funny
Solar is my bais. Wheein is my bais Wrecker 🙂
for wheein vs math, it is indeed 28... she was asking how the others managed to get 32 and how they swore it was the correct answer
and for her vs memory... that wasn't exactly the best clip to show her memory skills off but it was the most entertaining one (usually she memorizes lines of up to 30 words and repeats them back verbatim. crazy skill but doesn't look interesting on camera
for the alcohol thing... lightweight tends to vary depending on social circles, but solar can't really handle alcohol at all so tends to be drunk before she finishes even one drink. hwasa likes the taste of alcohol but doesn't actually drink terribly much, so gets tipsy pretty easily (which is exactly how she likes it). byul and wheein both like to drink, though they each have different preferences. both like soju but byul also enjoys beer while wheein tends to prefer hard alcohols
with archery, wheein was actually the first idol to hit three 10s in a row in that competition
on hwasa:
a crazy thing about her being considered 'fat' by kpop standards (not so much general korean anymore, at least... they've changed enough there but still need a ton of work) is that she's actually still tiny, skinny and underweight... their standards are just so ridiculously unrealistic yet people are trained to think that's how things should be
also, that bit you were talking about with taking command of your own insecurities... mamamoo's song "yes i am" is exactly that. all four members talk about the things about them that don't meet the korean ideal but instead of complaining about them or wanting to change them they embrace them and go "this is what makes me unique. and i love that i'm like this". one of their more overt self-empowerment anthems and something pretty much everyone needs to hear and try to live up to
and on the hate...sadly, all kpop idols get a huge amount of hate... i honestly don't see how they can handle seeing even a small portion of it, or how people have decided that it's totally cool to just constantly hate on them for fun (as many seem to do). sadly, mamamoo is one of the groups that some seem to focus a huge amount on hating, so much that many hate on them just to try and be cool... and the hate they get is beyond sickening. and even more sadly, hwasa does indeed still get the majority of this. it's beyond sad when self-proclaimed feminists who praise anything and everything some artists (esp big 3 ones) do turn around and try to tear down others, especially those who have been actually fighting to equalize women to men in the eyes of the general publc
the 'i'd take my shirt off for them'...while a direct translation of what she said is...wrong, at least by intent. what she meant by that was the english phrase 'i'd give them the shirt off my back'
Thank you for reacting to more Mamamoo content.
Also, if you're interested, please dl react on this Hwasa guide as well. This has more on the artistry and musical side of Hwasa. 😊

Hwasa has received a lot of hate since her debut until now 😩💔
Does anyone know that breed of cat?
But yeah. The cons are it's uncomfortable, expensive, and bad for your shoulders and back when you have bigger than a C or a D.
about the bra thing, even women debate this all the time lmao i guess we'll never know
yeah I don't know if there's been any extensive studies on it, I feel like there needs to be a life long study to know if it's true or not. And it obviously also depends on how big your bust is, the results are gonna be different for different women and genetics probably also matters.
do moonbyul eclipse absence g999 synopsis shut down and lunatic
Pfffttt bias? U funny
No such thing in this group. I guess it depends on what I eat for lunch ion know
don’t sing with them, PLEASE
