If there is one person that is responsible for my love of art, It's Tim Burton. Without this person, my life wouldn't have been the same. I don't even think I would be making videos in here. The creations of this man, from his movies, to his writings, are drawings, made my life a better one.
I've wanted to make this video for years, but how can a video sum up such brilliant filmography ? That was my problem for a long time. Here is my take, atlast & I hope you love it.
PS : Nightmare Before Christmas is included in this video, although the director is the talented Henry Selick. Even though it was not directed by Burton, his involvement in the movie with his visions, characters, universe, themes, makes this movie, somehow, also Burton's one.

This is legitimately an absolute masterpiece, the amount of versatility in this video is incredible, perfectly captures the wonder, the comedy, the spookiness, just everything about these movies. Every part felt completely unique and just kept surpassing the ones before it, part 5 completely melts my heart each time i watch it, it's probably my favourite one. The whole video felt like such a satisfying journey and perfectly combined the aesthetics between these movies, just weaved them together so seemlessly. Legit one of the best edits you've ever made, the passion is just so clear in this!!

This video really captured Burton's spirit such as essence in less than ten minutes.
And it does definitely make people understand that watching his entire creative arc is a fantastic experience nobody should waste.
No matter if you like the first Batman more than Returns, no matter if you believe that Pee-Wee's big adventure is better than Mars attacks! or Charlie, no matter if you enjoyed Dumbo more than Alice, no matter if you didn't appreciate that much Sweeney Todd, no matter if you think that Planet of the Apes ist not so bad... Just watch all Tim Burton's movies from the last four decades and keep dreaming!

Growing up Tim Burton was always one of my favorite directors. The nightmare before christmas and corpse bride gripped me as a kid and still love it to this day. Great job with the tribute and happy to see you posting again haha.

Thank you my friend, I just came across this masterpiece and have to say your video captured the very essence that makes Tim burtons movies so magical, it reminded those who grew up with his movies on why we fell in love with his movies in the first place because they truly were a beacon of hope during the dark times.
