Easy Sugared Pecan Recipe

Great for a holiday dessert, charcuterie boards or a tea party treat. I give them for hostess gifts too!
Recipe:
Mom Mom Pat's Tea Party Pecans
2 lb. bag whole pecans
4 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 T Vanilla
1 c butter
Preheat oven 325. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet and toast 5 min. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add pecans. Melt butter on a cookie sheet with sides. Spread pecan mixture over melted butter. Bake 25-30 min, stirring frequently. Cool. Store in airtight container. These freeze well too! Enjoy
