Our professors only taught us it as Norovirus then on the exam referred to it as Norwak virus!! I only knew that because of you! I know I'm late, but CEA is not a good tumor marker. It is good for the recurrence of Colon Cancer.
Yep agree 100%. That's what I was going over in the explanation, its not very sensitive or specific, any inflammatory state can cause an elevation. Like you said good for checking for recurrence after surgical resection. With that being said, while in school I was asked this very same question.
