    hay thanks for the video-I did not want a plate at the bottom so I went to harbor freight and paid $5 for a caster wheel and welded it to the bottom so that I could push or roll it around-works great

      Glad it helped! I mounted two of these to the rear of my trailer so the back doesn't squat when I'm loading logs.

    Don't put in a pin. Just drill one of the two bolts a hole in the inner piece of square tube, so the bolt can go into a hole stop when it's in the stowed position. Everything else would be the same -- just back that bolt out and use the pair of them to hold the jacks in position when you drop them down.

      Except this would strip the threads on your bolt eventually.
