For me, my support rarely realizes who should be able to control the lane, and if I try to zone them I'll just get 1v2. I default to pushing cause at least that way I'll always get some advantage, even if my support is completely clueless.
Don't makes excuses lmao, adjust your spacing to how your support plays, there is a video on how to win 1v2 litterally a month ago on this channel. Skill issue

The only way is through practice. Then game knowledge can help with predicting skillshots and everything else.
