Great advice! Just a note however, keeping your device plugged in all the time is very damaging for your battery long-term and reduces it's lifespan (both for your phone or computer). So make sure to have your charger near for when you need to recharge it, but keep it unplugged when it's charged!
If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up . I work from home at an emergency call centre for a global travel company, and I've been enjoying having this on repeat during my shift. It evokes such a calm ambiance to balance out working in a stressful environment.
Whenever I am stressed and my mind starts spiralling I come to one compilation of ghibli studio soundtracks. The comments and the music kinda teleport me into another universe where everything just seems better. Its always a break from reality. Everyone around is so kind and loving. It feels like home. My mind was against me again and as I heard the first tunes my lonelyness, frustration and worries got a little bit lighter on my shoulders. These places remind me that I am never truly alone. the perfect mix to listen to on a sunny day to get you in the mood to be productive (especially with the first song). i can imagine being in a calm cafe listening to this and getting my work done.
I work from home at an emergency call centre for a global travel company, and I've been enjoying having this on repeat during my shift. It evokes such a calm ambiance to balance out working in a stressful environment.
Whenever I am stressed and my mind starts spiralling I come to one compilation of ghibli studio soundtracks. The comments and the music kinda teleport me into another universe where everything just seems better. Its always a break from reality. Everyone around is so kind and loving. It feels like home. My mind was against me again and as I heard the first tunes my lonelyness, frustration and worries got a little bit lighter on my shoulders. These places remind me that I am never truly alone.
To anyone who feels like the world is against them:
There is always someone out there who believes in you.

this is so nostalgic for me, it reminds me of being a little kid reading Tin-tin books. reading about how Tin-tin was raiding a pirate base, infiltrating Soviet Russia, exploring a jungle, fighting a resistance movement in Syldavia, or going to the moon. my Grandfather, who gave me these books, also played the piano so this really hits home. he passed away last year. "The adventures of Nit-Nit" he called it!
