TATA Steel in Port Talbot, the site produces steel and have had major accidents in the past, most recently in 2019, a train carrying molten steel in Containment vessels called “Torpedos” derailed and came into contact with water which released huge amounts of energy and caused a massive explosion damaging nearby buildings. The signal is the warning tone used to alert the community to a emergency at the site and should take precautions to protect themselves and to tune into local TV/Radio broadcasts for further information. Some info on the siren: Siren Manufacturer: Klaxon Signals Siren Model: ES3S Number of Horns/Speakers: 12 Sound Pressure Level: 124db @ 100ft (30m) Array configuration: Uni-Directional Mounting type: Mast Also to note: The site is also a Lower Tier COMAH Operator which is why they are required to have a public warning system

That's incredibly loud! Much louder than the Broadmoor sirens. The voice doesn't sound very audible.
