  • • Ingredients: #chocolate mousse cake
    Eggs 3(about 60 grams each) 0:28,
    Milk 70 grams, 0:34,
    Cooking oil 40 grams, 0:37,
    Low-protein flour 50 grams, 0:49,
    Cocoa powder 5 grams, 0:52,
    White granular sugar 50 grams, 1:18,
    Cream of tartar 1 gram(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice) 1:21,
    • Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 150 degrees. Keep it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 15 mins. If the oven is small, we need to reduce the temperatures by a bit.
    Gelatin slices 10 grams, 3:12,
    Whipping cream 120 grams/Dark chocolate 150 grams, 3:20,
    Whipping cream 200 grams/white granular sugar 20 grams, 3:43,
    Whipping cream 60 grams/dark chocolate 40 grams, 4:55,
    • After finish making the cake, we keep it in refrigerator compartment for about 4 hours to shape it.

    更新: 味道口感都很好。我用了8克的Knox鱼胶粉。
    感谢视频。看了立马用了北美最常见的牌子的材料做了,现在在雪柜里冻着。有2点想法: 1. 我用的最常见牌子巧克力粉,5克做不出老爸视频里的深颜色蛋糕和味道。2. 顶部蛋糕片是否等冻上一段时间才放,可避免下沉但又还可以融合?
    因为手头只有8.5克Knox的鱼胶粉,不知道成品凝结度如何。
