Sir, I'm interested and like Dante, but I don't know how and what tools are needed to build a Dante system. Please show me how to install the cable to the Dante device. It's made from scratch until it's a ready-to-use Dante system and tools. what is needed to build a dante system for audio and video in the church and for live streaming and recording. thank you sir
Can you use dante via with a physical mixer. basically i want to rout my interfaces to zoom daw etc without a physical mixer with a dante card. -- thanks
Hello Tedz! Thank you for asking, but we’re not quite sure what you’re trying to accomplish here. Dante Via can be downloaded and a 30 day trial started on any Windows or Mac computer. Go ahead and test out what you want to do for free. If you have any questions or problems, please submit a support request through our website for help.
@@audinate got it figured out, im using dante via and i plugged in my rodecaster via usb c and all channels are sending and receiving --- very happy with results
I can't seem to get audio out of Dante Via on Intel Mac Mini but I can on M1 Mac Mini. In order to successfully transmit audio from Intel Mac Mini, I have to reboot Dante card within controller app. What is the issue that I am missing.?!
i juz wanna ask this question i hope you answer this or anyone reading if u can help im juz curious to know if an artist has his own laptop and wants to hear the audio through the speakers by using his own laptop what is the way that he can connect his laptop and use the ssl counsel too cuz I have seen videos where producer will bring their laptop and hook it up with the counsel and literally they can use the whole counsel and even rec to it too....I dont know how they do it there is no video of it too that's y I'm asking you I hope this makes sense now. Please these information would help alot
Hello! Dante Via will allow you to use the built in speakers of your computer (or headphones) along with Dante equipment. Check out the Dante Via introduction video for how it can enable any computer attached software and hardware for Dante: ruclips.net/video/qEIwBbS4aR0/видео.html
hello, can i use dante via and virtual souncard on the same time? or they are supposed to work independently ? i need to multitrack more than 32 channels and on the same time i need playback and talkback
Hi @lowbass5! Dante Via and Virtual Soundcard cannot be running at the same time. They use the same processes. If you need 32 channels, then DVS is the only option in software. For more questions, please contact our support team through the website and they will be able to help with a solution to this configuration issue. www.audinate.com/contact/support
I'm using Cubase 10.5 running all my dante devices on 44.1 KHz. Why has Dante Via no support for 44.1 KHz? A lot of music producers running their music productions on 44.1 or 88.2 Khz due to the fact that in the mastering stage you dont want to have sample rate conversions from 48 to 44.1.
You probably have the output of your DBX connected to a line in of the UR22C, haven't you? This is the simplest and most inexpensive solution to get audio into your computer (if you only have those two devices). Are you using other Dante-enabled devices? If not, there's not much benefit of using something like an AVIO adapter. The AVIO 1x0 could be used to convert the output of the DBX to Dante but what will be on the receiving end of that signal? The same computer? Another computer? A hardware Dante device? Please elaborate on how your system is set up and what you are planning to do and we might figure out a smart solution.
@@SonicAxiom You're spot on. On the other end is a Mac with Zoom for now. I'm thinking about sending the audio signal to other computers, speaker monitors, or mixers.
@@dtnguyen75 The more audio transmitters and receivers you have, the more it is beneficial to use Dante. However, all gear has to somehow be integrated into the network. Computers are the easiest to integrate because they already dispose of a NIC port and only need either a Dante Via or a Dante Virtual Soundcard license (per computer!). Other gear has to either be originally Dante-enabled or require either AVIO adapters or Dante interfaces to integrate them into the network. It depends on the no. of devices and computers which way is the smartest. Dante Via can aggregate the audio of all software applications running on a computer (48 channels in total) as well as the audio coming from USB audio interfaces which are connected to the computer. This is useful if you wanna route audio between hardware audio devices and audio applications.
Virtual Soundcard does NOT play out your (windows) system audio. It is ASIO ONLY, and so windows doesn't know what to do with it. This is a major downfall of VS and they next to correct this by adding windows native windows support!

Esto solo funciona en PC? Como se hace en MAC
Funciona tanto en PC como en MAC y el proceso es exactamente igual que como se ve en el video.
