One of the most precious moments in my life was laying in the same hospital bed as my father who had suffered so much. As I laid with him I whispered into his ear and I sad, Daddy you do not have to fight anymore , it was the most precious thing I ever got to do, and I am grateful for that moment. I went home and within an hour my mother called and told me he was gone. So I hope I gave him comfort, I hope I gave him a since ," of everything will be OK!". I hope!
Of course you did!!! More so you comforted yourself in your grief. That was more important to your father then the finished fight for him. You let him know that he had put the right energy in you through your emphaty. Your fight for him was over. He and you together did a good job for you. All is well.....
I empathised with your story. My own dad died quite young. But, you know, the greatest comfort I received was not from a church vicar, although we are surrounded by churches. It was from the Bible students who are known as Jehovah's Witnesses. They let me see from the Bible that death isn't the end, but that God will bring about a resurrection of those asleep after Armagedon. Shortly to take place. Judging by the world affairs its very close now. I've also lost a daughter, a grandson, & my husband. So this is what keeps me positive.
You very much did. Same with my mom it happened to me as well. I knew when she passed 12/22. At 2 am. My pain ended and I got the call.

This is so helpful for me because so much of my patients die on my shift. I pray for them no matter what faith they are, but I did not know the Angels say Ameen to what one are saying ..Thank you again and it is very depressing. I got sad for months. The only thing helps me is my belived in Islam...

i remember holding my dad's hand last year 7th August when he was taking his last breath worse moment of my life it was so sad he fixed his eyes in one direction and i called the doctor he then confirmed that he passed away may ALLAH forgive all of his sins and expand his grave and give him jannat ... Subhanallah i wish i knew this before his death 😭

The same with my Mother. Tears filled me while watching this video. This was confirmation of what I felt for years now since her passing. We just loss my brother-in-law and now my father is in the hospital waiting for a bypass and heart valve replacement on this Friday. I still pray for the forgiveness

My Mom was dying and did not even appear conscious. Then she sat up and reached out her arm and hand to someone we could not see, her eyes were huge, beautiful and glowing. Ultimate joy. She was ready to meet JESUS

I've watched my Mother and Father both pass, i was there with each of them in their last moments praying to God to look after them! When my auntie died she raised her head and said I'm ready dad looking straight at the hospital wall, her father my grandfather had died 6 years earlier! He came to meet his daughter. I know ill see them again in paradise.

I was very young enough to experience this situation subhan Allah, my grand father was laying infront of me, everybody was around him, I saw him till the last breath he took, the scene stuck in my mind still, I never seen anybody taking his/her last breath in front of me, I mean I'm kind of grateful too, coz Allah bound this situation in my very early life when I was about 7 I guess, it still made me to remember my death, I'm 25, but Alhamdulilah I never unaware of the fact that one day I will leave this planet, may Allah protect me from hellfire and forgive my mistakes, I'm optimistic about my jannah May Allah grant us all jannah Higher jannah ameen

stay Christian dont convert to islam, they dont believe that Jesus died and rose again for our sins, the only way to inherit the kingdom of God is not by works but of faith. you cant earn your way into heaven, it was already given to you as a free gift. what you need to do is to be born again, repent of your sins, not just say im srry but to do a 180 degree turn from it, and also to trust in the lord. your life will change when you do this.
This is the right path in the world because this life is temporary all things in this life is temporary. I pleasure to her this that you are interested in Islam so don't listen what people say always listen your heart what you want.

Having had a heart attack and died my soul left my body, I could see the doctors working on me, I was standing at the bottom of the bed, then came a very bright light and a voice saying I am the way and the light no one comes to the Father except through me, and who are you I ask you know who I am but you don't believe in me, your time is not done. I will come for you again and he lay me back down in my body, I then saw the face of the Lord Jesus he was not like what I thought he would be,I was a non-believer and even today I don't go to church but I do carry out Christian deeds to help others and I don't worry about a death we earn our place in heaven by doing good deeds for others sujood

Good deeds won’t get you to heaven! Your only fooling yourself! Only by believing in Jesus his crucifixion resurrection, and ascension to the Father God can you be saved! You may not get another opportunity as before! Repent and ask for Christ saving grace, today!

In the summer of 2009, my hero, my grandpa gave his last breaths holding my hand as I was telling him to recite Holy words.
He was the only one in the house that I had seen praying since before kindergarten.... got curious one day about where he'd be, he told me "to the mosque" and wanted to go with him...we went. I was 4..since then, never stopped praying since then.
I'm glad everyday that no propaganda was upon me to practice Islam and that my ancestors of 500 years ago were sailors and pirates, they brought religion to Ulqin (now in Montenegro), 50 years before the otomans conquered it.

Thank you. I’m Christian and I think you just showed our beliefs are more closely aligned than they are further apart. Lost my Father Jan 2016 and witnessed this and agree his stare seemed where he was headed. Regardless of your method of worshipping God/Allah, I hope we all meet to celebrate on the other side if we’ve given ourselves over to His promise to us and served him to the best of our ability.

I can only express myself on my personal experience with death. I was an R.N. and I had the privilege of being able to comfort others when they passed from this life to the next. It was beautiful for most people, such peace. Others were terrified. My personal experience is that I am ready and my family knows I have made plans for my eternal life. It will give them peace and I feel they will remember me without getting upset after a while. This is what I have seen and experienced myself.
I hugged my grandma in the hospital, she looked fine to me , my dad an aunt, an I stood at the foot of her bed, an then my grandma started to scream, saying the wall is on fire, the one behinded us, screaming louder, then she scream saying that the foot of her bed was on fire, then she died, I was 9 years old.
“Ya Allah forgive us all. Raise our station and high amongst your tightly guided servants and expand our graves. Put light in that expansive grave of ours. And take care of the the decedents whom we leave behind. Make them pious and take care of them .”

THE eyes follow the soul!, that is a beautiful thought, i was there when my father passed away and indeed, it was humbling and yes the tears and pain came when he was gone but i was so thankful that i was with him. I was not affraid at all. And i have seen my fathers eyes, i asked my self, dad what did you see? Did he saw his father and his mother?, my father was following his soul, thank you for this.
