Yes, but first I would look at your mas flow sensor, make sure it’s clean and not dirty. Check for vacuum leaks, if all that checks out then replace the sensor.
Yes this is the same sensor but before replacing it as @unitedbychristmusic mentioned Step one- inspect for vacuum leaks Step two- clean mas air flow sensor and or replace air filter Step three then rescue 02 sensor. Inspect your catalyst converter during removal of sensor. Grab a light and see if you can see the inside of the catalyst converter collapsed. Hope this helps, it’s easier to determine these things with a scanner
Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question. My husband used to do all the car maintenance, but passed unexpectedly so I'm trying to figure some things out instead of being taken for a ride at my local shop. Question is, you said you used your dewalt-- how? It doesn't seem there's room for it. Is there an adapter that fits on the special O2 removal tool/part? I need to replace all 4 on my '06...
I put an adapter bit on it, harbor freight has them for like $6 I made the video keeping in mind that not everyone has tools, there are far better tools to use. But I understand if you can’t get a hold of them. You will need the 02 sensor socket and a breaker bar if you don’t have the impact gun
i have a i40 fuel filter light keeps coming after I change 3 times diagnostic reads o2sensor if I replace will the car go back to normal mpg and will then fuel filter light go .
UPDATE: I put the SEAFOAM in and after a day or 2, the light went off. a couple of days later it came back on. I've done this twice and it has happened twice. My mechanic says it a strange thing to happen. Thoughts?
My Tucson GLS AWD 2013 has a P0301 code. I replaced the spark plugs code came back. Swap ignition coil and also came back what else can it cause the misfire in cylinder 1?
Do you have a scan tool? Where you can cut off the fuel injectors and see if one is not responding? Code 0301 means you have a problem in the number 1 cylinder, (spark, compression, fuel ) play a big role
@@DrivenbyfaithAutomotive yes I have a scan tool. I replaced all 4 spark plugs and also swap coil 1 to 2 I cleared the code through the scanner but after a couple of drives the code came back on. It would come on after a cold start not while driving

Is it safe for me to use Denso brand? I heard you say Bosch is the way to go and I have a 2005 Hyundai Tucson GLS V6 engine? Which would you say stick with Denso or Bosch?
Yassine M I yea usually o2 sensors but I would first try adding a fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank (sea foam is pretty good) Once you do that fill up in a different gas station and see if it goes away. There are several things that can be, but the most common is either bad gas or bad o2 sensors
Is it left one?😮 mine shows bank 2 sensor 1 (O2 sensor circuit) engine light dtc: PO150
2005 HYUNDAI TUCSON 2.7 GLS FWD
Is that mounted in the exhaust down pipe?
Manifold then downpipe
Where is bank 2 sensor 1 located on 2005 Hyundai tucson 2.7 ltr 6cyl
Rear manifold, top is sensor 1
Hi friend. Do you know what is the sensor in minute 2:16 right upper corner? Next to the hose.
I’m believe that’s the coolant temp sensor ECT
Why is the metal mallet there for? 7/8 (22 mm) socket seems too sloppy. The picture of the old O2 shows the corners damaged.
I have 2007 Tuscon 2.0L. Code p0133 came up says bank 1 sensor 1 is this the same location as the video.

How much mechanica charge for labor?
It all depends on shop, state and what vehicle

if bad, does it causes black smoke at rear exhaust. or pls, what causes black smoke?
Burning oil usually causes blackened exhaust tips. Keep an eye on ur oil consumption.

You should be fine either or
I have an "05" Tuscan. Are the sensors in the same place?

Yassine M it should only be 2 sensors upstream and downstream, unless you have a 6 cylinder then it is 4, 2 downstream and 2 upstream
Is this bank 1 sensor 1?? And where can i find bank 1 sensor 2? Thank you
Jatoch bank 1 is the top, bank two is below it
Jatoch is it giving you the code ?
Yes? IT is a G4GC engine, and giving me the p0139 code. I think the engine is simular with the engine in youre video
Jatoch whats the year, make and model ?
It is a 2006 KIA Cerato
I can't find this on my Tucson...seems different.
monset ESsiet what year, which motor?
Thank you, sir !!!

And, if the sensor is seized, good luck. Take it to a mechanic.
