    Thank you so much. You have no idea how much good this video has brought to the world. I would have never been able to thread the lower looper just from pictures. Thank you

    Thank you so much! I haven't used my serger in a long time and I misplaced the manual!😅 Your video was perfect, especially for the lower loopers!❤

    Thank you so much. I have been struggling for years threading my serger. I have even stopped sewing for periods of time. Using the big eye bead needle to thread the lower looper was genius. Being that my eye sight ain’t what it used to be this was like a miracle. Again, thanks and know you’ve made one crafty person very happy

    Thank you for this video❤. I bought one recently and had it threaded before I left but my cat chewed all the cotton off. Then I had someone else do it for me and cat chewed it off again before I could use it Now I tried doing it myself but it would not work. And then finally I found this video😁😁

    Thank you for this video! I was having some issued getting my machine re-threaded, and I'm sure it's because I didn't have the lower lower looper thread going over the upper looper thread!

      Unfortunately without being able to see it it can be very difficult to determine what could be causing a thread break. We would have to recommend taking it your local repair shop to look at it.

    My chain is coming out really wide I re threaded them not sure what’s wrong the knit fabric is not stretching sure wish I cous submit a pic lol

    • @MontavillaSewing
      @MontavillaSewing  Год назад

      You can adjust the cutting width to make it narrower. Also, experiment with the differential adjustment and the stitch length on a scrap of your knit fabric. Serged knit will still have more stretch than if it was sewn on a standard sewing machine.

    How we off a broken needle from machine

    • @MontavillaSewing
      @MontavillaSewing  Год назад

      There are two small needle clamp screws on the front of the square part that holds the needles. There should be a small screw driver in your accessories for this purpose. One needle will sit higher than the other needle when placed correctly. Also, be careful not to pull the fabric as you sew so that your needle doesn't strike the needle plate and break.
