Good video. Trying to find a trx8. What’s your “year later” review of the trx8?

Still have it and I still love it. Just started indoor the other day. Did swap over to a black dot and ditched the lighted pin but other than that same setup with green twisted X strings now.

Hi there, as a Hamskea rest user, i would suggest that you try their G-Flex blades

Because i’m looking for a similar bars setup on my Traverse (26" front / 10" back), do you think a 12" back is a better choice?

Michel M. In the video I planned on the 24/12 but after a few rounds of arrows I’ve decided to stick with 24/10. I put the 12 on the traverse for hunting. I like a shorter back bar

you need much much more weight

It is my belief and based on discussions with the professional shooters in my league you need the “correct” amount of weight. Enough length and weight out front to stop windage sway and enough length and weight out back to stop elevation sway. I shot a perfect 5 spot/ 300 round with 3 oz/24” front and 6oz 10” back with a 33” hunting bow. Much much more weight is never the answer for the archer IMO...the correct amount of weight for your bow and strength is. Thanks for the view and comment!
