Thank you for the important information on homemade hair products. I made oil for my scalp with Avocado oil as the base and two drops of peppermint oil. It feels very good. I have thick 4C gray hair. I want to try some of the deep conditioners you mentioned. Thank you from NYC.

I love to use bentonite clay wash for my 4c hair but I don’t know how frequently I can use it. It’s so much easier to use than traditional shampoo cuz I don’t have to rub it into my hair making tangles. I need something comparable to it if I can’t use that. Regular shampoo creates a detangling day.
