Actually back years ago before electricity, the kitchens were segregated from the rest of the house. This way the house stayed cooler. There was a farmer i knew from childhood that used an old house that he was born in to store hay. When you walk in, the living room was big. Off to the side, there were a couple of small bedrooms. Just big enough for sleep and sex:). Then, to get to the kitchen, you opened a door at the back of the living room which took you outside. From there you walked on a wooden walk to the kitchen which had big windows and a ventilation shaft at the top. I'm sure it made life more comfortable as this was living in Florida's hotter climate.
You're supposed to build up a yard..... preferably with brick walls or fencing with aluminum panels.... The problem with American housing is they put the buildings WAY too close together. Owning a home in most suburbs where I stay is like having a apartment with separated walls. It's bad. And people are way too unhygienic as well. It's suspicious.
Dont put these close together! Completely ruins the purpose! Also, id install capsule bedrooms inside this capsule house, stacked up with panel sliding doors. Add a optional ceiling socket and mounting spot incase we want to hang our 60 inch 4k tv from the ceiling. Consider options for sliding panels instead of curtains. You're SO close to perfecting this! So close! Properly done these would EASILY replace so much of housing!
Container homes: because who needs a social life when you can just live in a tin can? Just ask your neighbors, they'll be green with envy (or possibly just annoyed) by the constant sound of metal creaking and ramen noodles being heated up . I heard this Chinese company just dropped $3 billion on a Global Village project in NYC... and honestly, I'm pretty sure that's just a fancy way of saying 'we're all going to live in tiny metal boxes and eat instant noodles for eternity'.
Not all places are going to offer amazing views. A much smaller bedroom, like mmm a bed and cupboard only. less windows, more privacy and strength. Small bedroom makes room for a kitchen. In this video you see outside water stains, how can this be avoided? It's a great idea, but still requires, plumbing and sewer. Sewage and garbage, those are the biggest things that stop tiny home communities from existing. You can't just plunk them anywhere.
The curved glass sofa ... Seriously, I guess this is made in China. I am sure you can afford to make a video in English with an actually English speaking Chinese person. I could have been interested but not when you present this like a 4-year old.
Incredible features n look. Needs a kitchen area or no sale.
Why would people buy without a kitchen?
Cit costa aceasta casă
I like to get one but no kitchen ..I like to have a kitchen ..
I agree! What's up with that?
You can add a small oven and if there is a yard you can use a gas cooker to cook something fast.
Where is the kitchen ? Do we need to go to mcdo ?
we can do it with kitchen as well, please subscribe us, we can show you more videos with kitchen
