  • The TRX Crossing Balance Lunge is a great variation to target the glutes, quads and hamstrings. The strap is set to mid length and elbows stacked below the shoulders to start. Raise one leg then lower the knee behind the planted foot keeping the hips square. Progression allows for a jump. Make sure you perform the same number on each leg and feel the burn.
