I've wanted to take up water coloring and drawing since my early 20's. Almost 50 years ago. Because of youtube and folks like youself, willing to share their time and experience with us, I'm already producing artwork that would have taken me years to learn. Thank you so much. I love your art.
That's awesome Brian! I love sitting down and just knocking out sketches after a long day of painting, or doing whatever. It makes me truly happy and I hope it does the same for you. Drawing time is never wasted time since it builds our confidence and sharpens the eye.
Hey Steve Thanks for the video. Loved the sketch. Jumping right in with ink is definitely intimidating but would be a great exercise. I would imagine in the long run it will help improve my drawing. I am quite a tight sketcher and a neat freak. Lol.
Hi Karen. Everything we do, all of our experiences, all of our successes and failures, and especially our experimenting make us better in the long run. I really do try to embrace it all. It's not always easy, or comfortable, but I love how it makes me feel at the end of the day when I'm in bed and looking back on it. Happy Art!!!
