I imagine most wheelchair users who drive would have some kind of badge or placard to show they are permitted to use disabled parking bays. In my country (UK) this would be illegal without the requisite disabled perking permit (blue badge scheme), even with a wheelchair.
I know not a single country where you could park in a disabled spot without proof of your disability behind the windscreen. There are of course some people really bad with walking, but are to lazy to get the badge for the windshield - so they are not allowed to park there, no discussion needed.
I have a placard that hangs from my mirror. I can’t put it there while driving so it stays in the glove box. There has been a time or 2 over the past 15 years I’ve forgotten to put it out. When I get back to the car and realize I’m so grateful I don’t have a ticket. I don’t know if it would be where I could take the placard in and say I forgot or if I’d have to pay a fine. She went to the steak place and saw the truck. She had a big hammer not a sledge but a big hammer and destroyed the truck. She waited outside for her husband and he said I sold the truck so we can get that new car you wanted. The new owner came out and called the police. She had done 25K of damage on the vehicle and was arrested. She yelled at her husband the police and ended up in jail for 2 years and divorced.

No its not, if the more the hose is bent the less pressure there is in the water and the harder it is to get the attach the hose to firehydrant, notice that the water is leaking because they couldent attach it properly. They will generally do what is quickest, and dependend on what need they have, in a large fire they will want full pressure which is when they start to think of ways of moving the car.
