Fun fact: in some episodes of Series 2, the Doctor does wear Black Converses with his brown suit. I only noticed it myself in recent years :D

6:44 Sure Phoenix Wright came first with his blue suit, but when it was first shown I thought it was inspired by Postman Pat, one of BBC's well known characters for younger audiences with an iconic blue suit, not to mention there was what I consider an unofficial crossover between the Doctor and Pat since the Tardis almost crashed into a post van at the start of The Christmas Invasion.

Sonic screwdriver for 10th doctor are still available on eBay but they can be little bit expensive luck with me I got one for cheaper from ebay seller.

Hey, it's a little bit late but the doctor also wear in ep 2 saison 2 a white T-shirt with a kaki or brown clothe with 4 clip button, under the navy blue shirt, but it's only for one episode so..not that important ;) As always an awsome video

Now, call me mad, but I've thought of another way to get a similar effect of 10's suit without actually having a suit.
The suit is made of thin cotton, so it doesn't really look much like a suit, it doesn't have the shininess or the structure a suit normally has.
So you could buy some brown trousers, and then a small brown shawl-collared cardigan. It wouldn't look perfect, but it would allow you to have the tightness and flexibility 10's suit has if you can't get a suit with those qualities.
Maybe a thought there?
