Umm, DUDE! Han didn't turn on Luke’s lightsaber in ROTJ, R2 cut the net before Han could reach it. So the forth ignition is when Luke tried to kill Sidious and Vader blocked it while Sidious is crackling in laughter, lol 😆 The fourth ignition in TESB is on Dagobah, Vader was an illusion, but Luke activating his lightsaber was real . . . TPM, actually Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon turned their lightsabers off and only to turn them back on again when the battle droids showed up. AOTC, Obi-Wan cutting Zam’s arm is the fourth? Pretty sure that’s only the third. Only Anakin turned on his lightsaber to save Padmé from the bugs. Then again to cut Zam’s speeder before looking it, and then Obi-Wan cutting Zam’s arm. Fourth would have to be when Obi-Wan went after Jango. “Dad, look!” “Boba, get onboard!”
@@JediDanD yeah man I’m glad you posted this except the funny thing is that the fourth ignition is actually when Vader ignited Luke’s lightsaber, the one that was missing was when Luke turned on his lightsaber for the second time during the sarlacc battle
1:27 Um actually 🤓, The Force Awakens 4th ignition was Finn on Takodana as you forgot the Kylo Ren frenzy scene in the star destroyer after he was told that the Droid escaped (the 37 minute mark)
You really underrated that ROTJ ignition. It's a beautiful misdirect. For a moment you think Vader might attack Luke with his own lightsaber but he's actually proud of his son for his accomplishments. It's such a subtle and effective way to show Vader's conflict.
I think you missed the lighsaber fight in the Dagobah dream cave for Empire Strikes Back, but what the heck I'll give you a sub anyway. Should be enough for you to get all the way from 11,000 to 100,000 so you're very welcome
1:07 Rey doesn’t turn on the lightsaber here, which means the 4th ignition is Kylo destroying the chair, which may or may not change place depending how you feel about it
Wait, you count the off screen ignitions for the Clone Wars movie, but give fourth to Obi-Wan instead of Darth Vader in ANH? Obi-Wan ignites his sabre after Vader already has his ignited in that scene. It's even on screen in that shot.
I think the reasoning here is because we don't actually hear Vader's Lightsaber power on. The scene starts with it having already been on. The difference in The Clone Wars Movie (forgive me if I'm wrong, I've only seen the movie once during the economic recession of 2008), is that we actually hear the Lightsabers turn on, and were at least viewing the scene before they were on.
I love how he is even replicating those ignitions and movements, that he is talking about, in his own room and showing to us! Love it, I feel like watching my childhood friend and talking about Star Wars together.
You got the wrong ignition for Return of the Jedi. Han doesn't actually open Luke's lightsaber in the ewok net, so unless I'm forgetting one, the 4th is Luke in the Emperor's throne room
You should rank movies by the 3rd proper noun to appear in the scrolling text. For Rogue one, solo, and clone wars rank them by the 3rd proper noun spoken.
The new hope fourth ignition is a favorite of mine. I used to own the VHS for this movie, and there's two things you can see. One, where the jump cut happens to him holding an ignighted lightsaber, and two, there's a single frame where it's just a bar of aluminum without the special effect.
Star wars movies rated by 66 seconds after the 3rd frame of the 5th word in the 1st sentence of the 4th line of dialogue in the 5th scene of 2nd main character in the movie to speak.
This video is more of a ranking of "every fourth time we see a lightsaber on" because alot of the lightsabers aren't shown turning on during the scenes.
I think A New Hope should be ranked lower, if we're counting off screen ignitions, we see that Vader is approaching with his light saber already on, meaning we didn't see it happen
He sliced the worm things, then he stabbed the speeder windshield. The actual fourth ignition is when Obi-wan confronts Jango on the Kamino landing platform.
Rank every star wars movie judged by the sixth explosion's 13th frame
You got a heart, looking good
Yes

Thank you, I was going to comment this exactly. I can't believe my favorite weirdly specific Star Wars ranking RUclipsr doesn't know how to count.
Math can be hard
@@JediDanD I was also going to say half of these seem to be way off but glad someone else got there first
Liking this comment instead of the video for non misinformation
@@JediDanD yeah man I’m glad you posted this except the funny thing is that the fourth ignition is actually when Vader ignited Luke’s lightsaber, the one that was missing was when Luke turned on his lightsaber for the second time during the sarlacc battle
bro forgot his next part
I’ll get around to it later
In a few years...

the 26th frame at 3:09 clearly shows obi-wan is first
No. By the time Anakin comes into frame with his lightsaber it is already ignited, as he started his off screen. That is why it is hard to tell
Next video be like: "Ranking Star Wars films by the 2nd non-human light side character's 3rd word of the first line."
I think you missed the lighsaber fight in the Dagobah dream cave for Empire Strikes Back, but what the heck I'll give you a sub anyway. Should be enough for you to get all the way from 11,000 to 100,000 so you're very welcome

hearing 180-noscope in relation to a lightsaber makes me want to see a lightsaber with a scope
The smartest part about this type of content is that the comments sections are full of ideas for more. 😂
He knows
could you do somehting more specific next time?

@@BanjoKannoli I think you’re right about this, but now thinking about it the fourth ignition should be Luke training on the Millennium Falcon
You missed that Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon both ignite their lightsabers again in the gas after Nute Gunray says "destroy what's left of them"
And when they jump down from the walkway to save the Queen. Has this guy even seen these movies?
I watch so much Star Wars content of people giving their opinions, it’s so refreshing to see some content based on definitive and objective facts.
The rouge one one was one amazing experience for my one best friend juan
“The force wakes up, or something like that.” That was iconic!
I love how he is even replicating those ignitions and movements, that he is talking about, in his own room and showing to us! Love it, I feel like watching my childhood friend and talking about Star Wars together.
I want to see the movies ranked by 3rd person to be killed by a deflected blaster shot.
Keep up the great content!
This video reminded me how little we actually see of lightsabers in the OT. Not that much screen time, but endlessly iconic regardless.
You got the wrong ignition for Return of the Jedi. Han doesn't actually open Luke's lightsaber in the ewok net, so unless I'm forgetting one, the 4th is Luke in the Emperor's throne room
Luke activates it twice in the sail barge fight so he actually is right about this one
@@THEDeathWizard87 that's right. I had a feeling I was forgetting one
Do a video ranking the 17th battle droid to be on camera in each film
@harryplor9796 Ah, so, the Original Trilogy were the worst ones after all.
Pointing out Kylo's first scene without acknowledging the Vader scene in Rogue One is WILD
Vader speaks for himself
bro forgot about the cave scene on Dagobah 💀 in Empire
💀
You've earned my sub. Only seen to videos and love them. Very good man 😂
I’m subscribing bro RUclips is recommending you too much for me not to plus these r hilarious 🤣🤣
Well next we have to go by the most objective and specific possible rating. The most annoying charactor's 17th line.
0:25 - 10 (Clone Wars Movie)
0:57 - 9 (The Force Awakens)
1:41 - 8 (Return of the Jedi)
2:12 - 7 (Hope be FRESH)
3:01 - 6 (Unhappy Sith)
3:50 - 5 (Empire Strikes Back)
4:27 - 4 (The Trash Jedi)
5:00 - 3 (Rise of Palpatine)
5:39 - 2 (Phantom Menace)
6:12- 1 (Attack of The Clones)
Rouge One being last in a tier list about lightsaber ignitions is criminal. Only if it was about the first ignition
*Rogue
Even if it doesn’t qualify, the rogue one Darth Vader ignition was bad ass
You should rank movies by the 3rd proper noun to appear in the scrolling text. For Rogue one, solo, and clone wars rank them by the 3rd proper noun spoken.
Bo forgot about the scene in empire when luke and vader are fighting on Dagobah.
my guy the number of things you got wrong in this is actually outrageous, you're rocking like an 80% failure rate 😭
Better then 81
Next: rank Star wars movies by the coolest laser cannon sound (whether it's a turbolaser or some other kind)
You should rank every movie based on maybe the 18th blaster shot.
Larry gettin bodied
Rank every star wars movie by scenes where a character eats something
again: rank every star wars movie by the first scene in which C3PO appears
I just laughed at the title 💀
Next Ranking: The third line spoken by a force user in their second appearance of each movie.
Committing a war crime
The force aWOKEns, according to dinsey
You should continue the “we’re so close to 100,000 subscribers” bit all the way to and beyond 100,000 subscribers
Obi-Wan always been quick with it 🔥
Just a quick heads up your audio doesn't quite sink up to you irl footage. Love your vids :)
Sequels ranking idea. Episode 7. Force wakes up. 8. Force goes nap. 9. Force in a coma.
Can we get a ranking based on how confusing each movie would be if you’ve never seen StarWars before?
The new hope fourth ignition is a favorite of mine. I used to own the VHS for this movie, and there's two things you can see. One, where the jump cut happens to him holding an ignighted lightsaber, and two, there's a single frame where it's just a bar of aluminum without the special effect.
The chicken came first.
The LOTR soundtrack best part 4:16
Rank movies by the 5th blink of the 14th character in the 5th line of the 7th scene
Man this is definitely one of the video concepts ever made lmao
Bro the LOTR music in the background was killing me 😭
Should’ve done this on May the FOURTH. 😉
In episode 3 3:33 obi wans was third and by the time you see anakina it is on so anakin is not fourth
now rank the movies by the 8th spaceship you see
Subscribed out of fear
you should rank the movies by the 7th blaster fired
You can’t keep promising me you’ll kill me if I don’t subscribe, at this rate I’ll actually die before I ever get to it.
This is a good ranking
rank Star Wars movies by how much the main character in each movie does not like sand
Ranking start wars by how many droids are on screen in the 51 frame
Rank every movie by the first time the "Force Theme" music plays
Can you do the next ranking based on the third Geneva convention violation?
Why was bro playing lotr music in the background
Next one should be the 5th thermal detonator to explode or some grenade, or at least something more specific next time :)
Several of these are not correct. The 4th in phantom menace is in the hallway right after the first two ignitions
Bro, I would make a comment on all the ones that were wrong and which ones it should be, but honestly I don’t feel like it
Star wars movies rated by 66 seconds after the 3rd frame of the 5th word in the 1st sentence of the 4th line of dialogue in the 5th scene of 2nd main character in the movie to speak.
About that deleting scene in Return of the Jedi when Luke build his lightsaber. It should count. Lucas wasn't right to cut it off. I say we rebel.
"But we're doing it anyway" -a wise guy
Erm, wasn’t Luke at Dagobah the 4th activation in ESB? In the cave??? 🤔
Dude, the fourth ignition in the Empire Strikes Back was in the cave on Dagobah
This is hype!!!!
Ur Channel is hilarious
Mentioning the sequels aside, i agree with this list, for what its worth. 8)
The fact that Rogue One got hit with the DNS for this ranking is criminal. It has _the best lightsaber ignition_ in the whole franchise
Attack of the clones in most ranking lists: im to weak
Attack of the clones in weiedly specific ranking lists: UNLIMITED POWER
Day 6 of asking for a tier list of the opening quotes from the fourth episode of each of the the clone wars
Obi Wans 180 no-scope in Attack of the Clones wasn’t the actual 4th lightsaber ignition.
You absolutely forgot the phantom menace where they fight the droids in the alleyway. Thats not the 4th ignition!
1:32 when the special editions came out and blocked r2 behind a rock
Bro used LotR music in a star wars video
The real lightsaber ignition were the friends we made along the way.

I'm gonna cry rogue 1 darth vader scene is so cool 😭
can we get a check up on larry
Obi-Wan turned his light saver on first.
now rank all light saber ignition scenes
As long as it's scenes, not individual ignitions, or half the list will just be the Geonosis arena.
This video is more of a ranking of "every fourth time we see a lightsaber on" because alot of the lightsabers aren't shown turning on during the scenes.
Rank on the 106th blaster shot
4:05 didn't we get another ignition in that dark side cave? Was that something cut from the original and re-added in later releases?
but in retrun of the jedi, they didn't use lukes lightsaber to get free from the trap, but r2 free them...
I think A New Hope should be ranked lower, if we're counting off screen ignitions, we see that Vader is approaching with his light saber already on, meaning we didn't see it happen
Meaning that Obi-Wan's would have been the fifth ignition in the movie, not the 4th
What are 1, 2, and 3 in Attack of the Clones? The only one I can think of is Anakin slicing those worm things
He sliced the worm things, then he stabbed the speeder windshield. The actual fourth ignition is when Obi-wan confronts Jango on the Kamino landing platform.
Also if you are counting the lightsaber ignitions you can see then in clone wars movie wait until it actually shows a fourth one
