- We are total Newbs when it comes to buying a tractor or any farm related equipment. After lots of research we decided on the TYM T574 with Cab along with 6 attachments to connect to the tractor. 1) Front End Loader bucket 2) Pallet Forks 3) Root Rake Grapple 4) Wallenstein Skidding Winch 5) Box Blade and 6) a Del Morinio Flail Mower.
Only 1 of these attachments broke after 20 hrs of use and was a huge disappointment. Tune in to find out why we chose the TYM T574 over other brands and models and which attachment broke after limited use.
Just purchased the T574 and some of the big selling points for me was the mechanical injection and maintenance simplicity.
You and me both. 😃👍
I like the simplicity of the TYM, but the 574 is not normally aspirated, it's turbocharged. It does have manual fuel injection, which I like for maintenance and simplicity.
read about the Kukje A2300 mech fuel inj engine, you bought the most simple modern tractor engine made. the least sensors and computers in the industry.
Yes. That was one of the selling features. Hopefully a lot less to go wrong over time.
Was waiting for you to purchase a catamaran and here you go :)))))
Well they both have a motor? That’s something. 😆
@@Bowmans-Woods 🤣 That's for sure! There can never be too many motors!🤣
Well that Flail mower issue SUCKS I watch "Good Works Tractor" channel with Courtney and as well as "Tractor Time With Tim" and they love their Flail mowers.
I do watch those. Not every flail mower was easily available locally. I went with Del Morino on Murray’s suggestion when he knew the price range I was looking at.
The salesman keeps saying "pdo" instead of PTO. 😂
Get a bush hog and a midmower instead of that flail mower. Bushhog are way more forgiving and can clear really thich stuff.
Thanks. I have seen tons of flail mower reviews using hammer blades and they were supposed to be great for taking down brush. I think a better flail mower would have been perfect. Bush hogs hang far off the back of the tractor so it’s hard to work in smaller turn radius places.
I guess, you gave up on sailing and decided to homestead instead...
Pretty much. Unless world tensions change drastically soon.
