The best IGL and the goat of siege is Fabian for sure. His calling and strats were amazing, and dont forget that he won the most invitationals. Maybe not the best individual, but if you put canadian in the list, than you have to atleast mention Fabian
@@chrlzcs because he didn’t want to play/coach anymore. Fabian won everything, was part of the penta era and won with a G2, which didnt make the last 2 majors and invitational, the invitational.
Candian is definitely the goat IGL. He made 8 grand finals with 5 different teams between 2016 and 2022, and recently got top 6 at SI24. Fabian also made 8 grand finals, but they were all 2017-2019 and with the same 4-man roster. Sure, Fabian won more titles and is still one of the best IGLs of all time, but the GOAT title has to go to canadian
Fabian as a coach was a major factor in glueing G2 together for the SI23 victory! I believe that three SI wins across six different years across different roles speaks for itself when it comes to understanding teamwork and the game of siege
In my opinion pengu is the goat of pro league but beaulo is the goat of siege as a whole, when I think of siege beaulo is the first that comes to mind, tome he's the face of siege. But that's to just how I see it and I only really started playing in shadow legacy.
In my opinion. The goat is Beaulo. The dude was mechanically gifted enough to abuse the mechanics in ways that made other top bros get shaken to their core. Pretty sure the devs reason for changing up leaning mechanics was because of how many people were abusing them because of him. He was also accused of cheating similarly to shaiko but was never banned from the pro scene, but I believe he was banned in online for a bit. Ofc he wasn’t actually cheating, but he’s arguably the most mechanically gifted player ever. On top of that, he’s a world champ. Only once, but still. In my opinion, he’s at the very least Top 5. And will probably always be my Goat. Not to mention the first two major events he went to after rejoining pro league after being retired for like a year, he made finals in both.
in my opinion, Shaiiko is the best, if we take counter strike as an example, NiKo from G2 is statistically the best rifler in the world, even though he hasn’t won a major yet
yeah but we all know niko isn't the best all round player even if he is good with a rifle therefore this would make it wrong for shaiko as well. Jordan wasn't just the best at scoring at the time he also had incredible defense and was able to lead his team with a win at all costs attitude. I have not seen that attitude from someone like Niko or Shaiko.
I respect your opinion but this is the equivalent to saying Zywoo is the best player ever he only has 1 big tournament. Yes I know gamers 8 and stuff but only one major and no SI’s. Shaiiko hasn’t played nearly as much at the highest level as Niko but who knows if he never got banned. That is the worst part about the discussion maybe he would’ve won more by now.

The greatest player of all time in Rainbow Six Siege is Fabian. He put together and lead the PENTA/G2 squad which became the most dominant of all time through his extraordinary in game and off the server leading. He has since come back to revive a terrible G2 and get himself a THIRD hammer. And now hes working on lifting up one of siege's weakest regions.
what i see as the goat is just the best individual player the game has ever seen. tournament wins are a team effort, and some of the most mid players in siege have won invitationals because their team was just cracked. again, this is just how i see it, but shaiiko IS the best individual player siege has ever seen, just someone that has been held down by a very sub par team his whole career. i really wish with his new superteam he can finally win an SI
there are a lot of great players.... But Pengu is just another level, he played every role greatly, best flex player ever. One of the smartests and with time he acquired great mechanical skill. He was so crucial and dominated siege for almost two years with a roster that literaly won everything. But there's no denying how good Shaiko is, nesk, herdsz, how smart fabian is, so on so forth. I just think Pengu was the best for such a long time, I think he could easily come back to the pro scene and have a huge impact on it, still tday. In fact he ALMOST came back to fill for G2 in their last S.I. win (check the last podcast he was on). But its a pretty interesting debate for sure
i feel like you have to break the G.O.A.T. status into categories because Siege is such a team based game. If you're asking for the best aim/mechanics in siege, it would be Shaiiko because he can hit almost any shot possible in the game, he even started a new way to quick peek after they made a nerf making the old normal quick peek easier to fight against for the opponent. The main "proof" they had to ban him for cheating was after checking his computer he had hit his "4" more frequently than normal and was accused of having a scipt for wallhacks when he pressed it. It turned out to be his drone button and if you think about it he never was cheating he was just checking his drone so often.(sorry for the rant just wanted people to know if they don't) If you're asking for the best IGL I would give that to Canadian over Fabian because his 2 S.I. wins were on different teams with a new roster, while Fabian had his core 3 for almost all his career. I would out Pengu in the category for the best teammate, I know it doesn't sound like much compared to the other two but as I stated earlier Siege is a team based game and out of anyone I'd want him on my team. He's the guy to set you up for success, play whoever you need wherever you need help. I would give Fabian the award of best resume by trophies/tourney placement because he has 2 S.I. wins as a player and one as a coach. So just by having 3 S.I. trophies he is the most decorated.
id say pengu being the overall goat, with shaiiko being the best mechanical player and canadian or fabian being the best igl. beaulo is also probably in the top 5 just based off of how many eyes he got on the game and how popular he was as a player.
Paluh was better than Nesk was. The only thing holding them back was a major event win. There are many players who could be considered better than them rn because of that.
Fabian is perhaps my favourite Siege player of all time. But he isn’t the GOAT, his successes as a player came during a time of much lesser quality. People might disagree but as someone who’s watched since 2016, the quality of top level Siege gameplay has improved exponentially. Back in 2018/19 teams were still getting to grasps with the idea of trading and most teams still didn’t even hire coaches. Therefore I personally place more value on achievements earned post-2019, and Canadians 2020 SI win, and Charlotte Major put him above Fabian in my opinion. Kheyze, Herdsz and FelipoX are all within a couple event wins imo. Especially FelipoX, who many people forget also IGL’d the Team oNe roster to their win in Mexico.
