It also adds wanderer dungeon parts to the original dungeons in the pits. This makes the original dungeons a lot more forgiving, and you won’t get lost trying to find the dungeon mini boss to get to the next level.

Just snagged this game in full on switch sale for just under 7 bucks! Never heard of it but gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised at what I got for that price tag! Good ol fashioned dungeon crawling where you gather what ever adventure cares about...a shit ton of loot and lots of coin to be made. Ended the game my first run with 12 mil. Will try the new game + now. I also didn't have trouble with my organization and had a pretty good system with the box space they gave you. I play monster hunter so I'm used to a crap tone of items to sort through.

Well this game is definetly not for me. Which is a tremendous shame because I remeber being very hyped for it when it first came out and then was dissapointed by the lack of depth in story, and now coming back to this more recent review it just still doesn't have enough hooks to pull me in to buying it. My main 3 hooks to grab me being: story, art, and entertaining game play (not necessarily deep in terms of skill or a challenge but should be enjoyable). The story hook is simply missing.

I mean the lore is pretty damn pog and there are quit a-bit of notes scattered in the dungeons. There is a fair amount of lore and fuck me does the story take a big left turn but yeah if your into cutscenes and whatnot then yeah nah it doesn't have that li kind of story. Game play is pretty damn good I especially love the sales mechanics I.e. when the economy inflates or deflates on a specific piece of loot, figuring out what to sell stuff for by basing the prices off of the customers reaction.
