I call bs on bs story. Why would A.B. be so disrespectful and so hurtful to Chris after burying his wife and tell Bobby that? A.B. was the one that told Selena when they hit a rough patch in their marriage how miserable she would be without Chris. Also, she wrote lots of letters to Chris when he was fired because she was afraid he moved on. She was the one to propose marriage to him. Also, Selena was the one that got A.B. to ask Chris how he felt about her! I highly doubt A.B. would say that to Bobby especially when Chris and A.B. were supposed to be playing in L.A. on April 1st. And their wedding anniversary would have been April 2nd. Selena was nice to everyone and he may have taken her kindness and smile for flirting. But she wanted Chris! Even when Chrisnwas dating she showed interest in him and let him know that. Bobby never had a chance before Chris joined the band.
I don’t like this guy on sight and even less after this bs. Like you are tarnishing Selena’s memory and who we know her as and her love for and with Chris. Like come on bro?? By every account and the way she gushed over Chris there was no one else for her. She was possessive over Chris for sure and I’m sure he was man enough to be like back up bro when someone came out of pocket wrong but that isn’t jealous or possessive it’s just what you do as someones man when someone isn’t respectful of boundaries. She even said he wasn’t jealous and understood it was her job and that she never gave him a reason to be jealous. She said and I quote to AB when they had a rough patch (all marriages have them calm down peeps) when AB said let me ask you, how are you going to feel when Chris moves on because he will and she said “oh that’s not gonna happen” and she went home and her and Chris worked out their shit. something about this dude was off putting. i don’t know if he’s trying to inflate his ego or what. but i highly doubt selena was “in love” with him. the woman was married. and i’m 97% positive that chris wasn’t jealous. territorial? probably. but selena herself said chris wasn’t the jealous type. if anything, he sounds like the jealous one. i think a lot of men hated and still hate the fact that chris got to be with her in the most intimate way ever. i’d be jealous too. ☠️

Yeah I love Selena so much, it's hard to not be a lil sensitive about his description.As a guy, I kinda understand what he was attempting to say, but people love Selena like she was a family member.You have to tread carefully.She was the highest level of class manifested & you have to be careful not to violate that fact.

I love Selena and have been a fan of her for a long time, she was and is a very talented and charming young woman loved by many and greatly missed. But that being said, people should really stop seeing her as some type of divine being above all else. She was a human being just like you, me, the president, or Mother Teresa. Oh my!! I had the biggest crush on Bobby. Desvelado was my favorite song. I saw him perform many years ago. He even sang to me at performance. It was funny. One of his roadies gave me his guitar pick. I had the Desvelado cassette and played it all the time. I knew Selena from school. We went to Jr High together before she focused on music full time. She is sadly missed. I enjoyed all those videos you did with her.

The feeling I got from the interviewer is that he was doing a tremendous job at keeping the interview on track and focusing it on who Selena was as a person. As a man, it takes one to know one, and the interviewer is a real man. He can get down and muddy with the best of’em to get a great interview but also be respectful at the same time. A consummate professional.

It's one thing to perform there it's another to have a presence of established sales and radio play.
I know for a fact that Selena has fans and fan clubs all over the globe, so she's actually "cracked" the entire WORLD. She was destined to become an international artist, regardless of where she was known 25 years ago, and the release of "Dreaming Of You" - in 39 countries at the time, if I'm not mistaken - basically achieved that. And, she was planning a tour in support of the album that would have taken her to Europe and Asia for the first time. Today, she'd be getting major airplay and touring EVERYWHERE. THAT'S what matters.

Got to meet Baby Bash Frankie J and Bobby Pulido in Arlen TX in 2003. Baby Bash was kind of dry like “aight. Next.” Frankie was actually very polite and nice. And also met Bobby Pulido alongside Jennifer Pena. Jennifer was cool but straight up haha 😂 she’s like aight boss move along haha
And Bobby Pulido had the biggest smile on him he was like just so cool!!! Todo un tipazo!! Confident strong and humble! Very infectious smile and so nice to everyone! Still listen to four of his songs in the daily on Spotify haha Desvelado Pediré Al Cielo, Perdóname and Llévame Contigo. Honestly thought Desvelado was for Selena. Just aligns completely. RIP a pretty gal. Much love and the series like brought you back for me

I’m a little put off how you can be cool with and interview Chris and then let this guy be like oh she liked me but she was with Chris at the time and he was super jealous. Like bro come on. The way it comes across is like you want people to believe she was lusting after “in love with” this guy while with Chris and but he was so jealous he wouldn’t let him get close to her. If we believe Selena and the person that she was then we believe that she was in love with Chris and she was faithful and loyal to him. Her words were he isn’t jealous and she doesn’t give him a reason to be jealous. She loved him so much she risked it all to marry him. Don’t put on air the disrespect to her name and character.

I always New tejanos were racist against Mexico 🇲🇽 but Bobby is a real one and being racist against your own is very stupid me being from Texas I learned to be racist like that and playing Tejano music as a kid in Waco TEXAS but I ventured off into a life if gangs after moving to California and I learned real Quik that racist crap don’t work hurting our own raza due to street violence.
