Love the explanation around 5 Second Previews, how the changes to the AI summary, adding bullet points, and replacing those bullet points with icons resulted in a relatively unused feature, now one of your most used AI features shows how important design and UI/UX is, truly, in feature development, where competitor browsers are completely lacking-that's Arc's competitive advantage. Your team understands this and it feels like no one else in the space does (or can-when reflecting on search box ads).

Amazing talk! Interestingly, Josh mentioned Carl Pei, from Nothing, several times, and I noticed clear similarities between the two companies.
(1) Entering BigTech-dominated markets with stagnant innovation
