Yea I only shampoo once a week because shampooing your hair too often is not good for your hair and scalp. I wash out the shampoo and conditioner with lukewarm water.
When you wake up, how do you refresh, do you reapply some leave in, shake your head, or finger coil with gel again or heart?
Nah bro i just sleep with a bonnet and shake

when you detangle dyu use a wide tooth or fine tooth comb or is any fine
I find that a normal brush will do the job tbh

what do you do throughout the week then? i know you said you shower without washing your hair but what if you go to the gym or exercise and get sweat on your scalp
then you can shower twice a week but don’t shampoo on the second wash

bro since you got 4b it’s normal that ur curls are gonna be smaller, but what I suggest is that you find a gel with a strong hold so you can fight the frizz
