Just a little note, this was actually the original God save the king created during King George II's reign, not King George the III's, and was not an American loyalist song, it was a song created when a rebellion happened in Scotland that attempted to overthrow the government, and when were winning they made "God save the king" because they thought there was no other way for him to be saved but the military did defeat the rebellion.
And if you're wondering what rebellion I'm talking about, its the Jacobite rebellion

@@Forgotten_Lemon Presidents are elected for periods of 4 years. Originally, there was no limit to the amount of times a president could be reelected, but nobody ever served more than two terms in office until Franklin Roosevelt (1933-1945). After that, term limits were formally implemented by law.

Although I love being an American and living in the United States but our reasons to be independent were totally flawed at the time. We got angry over our nation being taxed after the British spent their money protecting our asses from French domination we couldn’t at least do something to help the British. I'd disagree. The Hanoverians, famed for their autocratic monarchy in Hanover, allowed the monarchy in Britain to decline in power until its present state where it must be subservient to the permanent political class which wields total and uncompromising authority in Parliament, which can never be removed, or abolished, now it exists. You can never not vote in an MP: Either you choose to personally cast a vote or not cast a vote, but no matter what you personally do, an MP in your constituency will always be voted in, and parliament will continue to exist. You cannot vote to not have an MP in parliament - if everybody voted 'none of the above' and there were no MPs, parliament wouldn't then technically exist (and the system would run much more smoothly, I imagine!)
The decline of the monarchy and rise of parliament was started by the truly disastrous dynasty of the Stuarts (who were a Shakespearian tragedy from start to finish), but the decline was catalysed by the Hanoverians until George III, who was enthusiastic to reverse this trend, as was his lawful right; though his politicians weren't so keen on the idea (because when was the last time a politician ever voted themselves less power, or voted themselves a pay cut?).
By the law of the land, there is no such thing as the Prime Minister of the UK. As far as the letter of the law goes, the Queen holds executive power - but if she enforced the law, as written, which is not only her birthright but her legal duty and responsibility (as outlined in her coronation oath, no less), people would scream bloody murder because of "muh democrazy" (which they don't take seriously at all, unless the idea of having to live without a system that they continually whine about and complain as being corrupt and full of cheats and liars about is put to them).
