Here's the plot to this game:
Micky and Minnie kidnapped you and threw you into the kitchen, forcing you to make them meals. Every once in a while they will check up on you. You decide to make some of the most messed up meals possible. And when you're done, after you destroyed the entire kitchen, you watch them. You watch them eat you're monstrosity you'd call food. They hog it, leaving nothing behind, not even maple syrup. But then there's cake, you make a giant cake, then they just sit there with their pieces of cake, strangely you cake hasn't even been cut. They eat their piece and just leave, leaving an entire cake all on you. You try to blow up the house by putting metal in the microwave, but they stop you. They know. They can't see you, but they know. Welcome to the lowest parts of hell.

Thing is with the game, I used to play it ALL THE TIME as a kid on PC. I was so unorthodox though I spent all my time making the biggest mess in the world and seeing if I could empty the entire fridge before I got more food.

oh My god me too but along with emptying the fridge I decided to see how much regular food you could cook and stack together for Mikey and Minnie eat if you did make the food how long wood it take. I never figured it out though cause mom would always call me for bed
A cooking show where every episode something catches on fire. You know, that would actually be a pretty good gimmick and running gag, and totally executable with stage effects.

Hey Jon. I got this for some possessed reason and I found a few things.
1. THERE'S POTATOES.
2. You can blend things twice over.

The best part of the pc version is that burned food didn’t vanish into the either. You can make that damn rat eat a pile of charcoal and he will like it.

Omg I'm so sad I missed this stream! Not going to lie, this game was my favorite game as a little kid. I ended up breaking my first disk and I was so upset, I had my mom buy another copy. Even to this day I find myself coming back to this game once every 6 months just to mess with my nostalgia again.
We need to get someone to make a real-life edible fishbowl.
I remember playing this game on my PC when I was a kid, I'm pretty sure it's one of the reasons why I don't dare to cook much to this day because I remember burning everything i tried to cook in this game, even eggs. Watching this is really nostalgic, and this made me feel old.
At least Jon goes all out with everything showing no fear. He made freakin blended chicken.
For some reason I really like Mickey's voice lines. I could see me loving this game if it came out when I was 5.

Is this a downloaded version? We bought the CD ROM when I was little and it had better quality than this one. The mouse cursor always wasn't slow like that. it moved fast just like a normal mouse.

For all these years, I've wondered what that GIF in the top left was from. I now know it's from Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman.

I loved playing this game when I was younger. The only PC games I played using CD's were this, Theme Park Worlds and this Lego farming game which I can't remember the name of. I loved just making things on the Good Morning Griddle and the Make-a-Cake Oven

Reminds me of the time I used to mess around with this Disney Art Studio thing when I was extremely young and the most I did was mess around with the funny little tools more than anything.
I did not expect two things:
1) This game had PS1 version, while I only grew with the PC version.
2) IT'S MADE BY ATLUS!!?
To be fair, Atlus also made the Hylide Remake known as Virtual Hydlide...
This was beautiful when it was live and still beautiful. Jon is clearly gonna open a new restaurant with his fantastic cooking.
When I saw the subscription email I thought "Oh, Yoshi's Island part 10 already? Or, dare I dream, Superman 64?" I was not disappointed at all. This is brilliant.
Holy shit, I completely forgot this game existed. As soon as I saw the Breakfast gridle and the cake maker, I remembered I actually owned this game on PC back when I was like 5. Ah Memories.

1:50 - The issue I have with Magical Drop V is that updates that were expected (and advertised - hell, there are even steam achievements for them) never got released. There was supposed to be a couple new additions in the prior year that never got released. Golgoth Studios (the developer) actually pins the blame for the lack of updates on UTV Ignition Entertainment (the publisher). Shame, too, as it showed lots of promise. Notable things missing include Marathon Mode (which would've had the return of, among other things, ice blocks) and, if I remember correctly, there was going to be a training/practice mode added as well.
I was actually on the list of players that was going to be among the beta testers for that patch, but sadly, it never happened.
