For being a random stream chunk, I think this is one of the best videos in a while. I'm reminded of that chart that maps out the first Star Wars movie in terms of building excitement. How the high points come in waves, building up and falling between every bigger and bigger set piece. Jon messing with a customization option plays out like that. He starts small with simple, slightly absurd things. Then, he builds up to truly outrageous and bizarre with the slow falls and builds between each test of his work. I'd love to see more videos of Jon messing with these types of tools.
Jon once made a second stream just for this game, and even found an extra model that looks more like Wesker. Good luck finding it though, I think Twitch may have deleted it.
This should be a TRG spin-off LP. It's just Jon, Emile, and Tim making the most fucked up fighters within a time limit and then try to fight using them. XD

A TRG tournament with this would be absolutely majestic to watch. Also, this is one of those times when I wish there'd been a camera going to capture the reactions. I have a feeling there were some priceless expressions as discoveries emerged.

I've read several times over that this game's major downfall is that it's way too hard to build a truly unique character. So it will be a pleasure to see how this game 'really works'. Back in the day, I could not get enough of this game's sister title, RPG Maker.

My ideas for a Fighter Maker 3: 1. Logos and tattoos 2. Face editor with facial animator 3. Either choose from different voice options or use the headset (or whatever the Xbox One uses) to record your own voiceovers, including the ability to adjust the voice 4. Body damage editor 5. Being able to animate supers 6. More clothes options 7. Character intro and taunt animator

This would be one amazing e-sport if it had actually caught on. I can just imagine each player fine-tuning their glitchy fighter to gain the maximum unfair advantage in the field of battle - and then fights would take forever because of it. I'd pay money to watch that stuff. Now, if only this game had online and that online still worked today....
then have a runaway guys tournament, with all the characters made by jon, and have each member go into a fight while not knowing the monstrosities they are gonna control
You know what could be a fun combination of ideas here? Do a few different streams of this with various people who you would want in a TRG Tournament, using the streams to make their characters, and then have that tournament at a convenient enough time and place. Just hearing people's reactions to the broken stuff you can do with this game would be gold alone, but all of that would be pure platinum.

"This is terry bogard at his day job of being a ups delivery man" "This is black dynamite............ the destroyer" (very apt for the rest of this video) "This is wesker and duke nukem as one character, aka lieutenant surge." seriously these jokes are gonna be so quotable for next few years, and I'm gonna enjoy every minute of it.

If you just loop the frames you did of his spin animation when he loses, he'd probably spin like a drill too, lol! *And if you could get him to levitate as he keeps spinning*, or make him go up and down at a ridiculous speed the entire time! Oh, god, it'd be glorious! *PLEASE*, make that a thing if you could! XD
The knocked down animation could be edited to be so broken. Either flying away from the opponent or shortening it to be so nonexistent that Melee fans complain about the lack of hitstun.

Then because of the crazy shit like an idle animation being good for dodging they could have like a challenge mode or event mode ala Smash where they give you fighters with certain abilities and make you take out an insane challenge with an equally insane fighter. This has so much potential untapped for years and it's fantastic.

Oh my god! You need make the most broke characters ever... Then send the game and the data to someone you know who's never heard of the game... And convince them to stream it. Don't explain it to them, just tell them it'll be great.
I remember this when it came up! Everyone seemed to immediately regret it once it won the Cookie, but quickly changed their mind once Jon figured out how to make things super dumb.
i think the best part of this game is that the hitbox follows the character model. if you make your character teleport around, hes virtually invincible.
The moment Jon realizes the power in his hands is a glorious one...
