Because Paul doesn’t want to be! Truth! Bad Company could have been in YEARS ago, but Paul doesn’t believe in it. I was thinking the same thing for years, they need to be in. It wasn’t until just recently I heard the reason why they’re not.
@@yebostephen6307 it does determine that factor of how good a singers vocal range is.. yes there are bass singers that can get real low, but most hard rock singers do traditionally hit the high notes and that is what most of them are known for so in this very context the high notes would determine if the singer still has it or not..
Watched this with my sisters oldest kid (I'm 52 and the kid is 15) and he was blown away by this! He's now a die-hard Bad Co. fan. Their music is timeless.
He's so amazing! Just saw him a week ago! He still has it! What a voice and such a great talent! With all my fav rockers passing so glad I got to see him with Bad Company.
I was blessed to see theze guys on the Deselation Angels tour with Muddy Waters. Then blessed again to see Paul sing with Queen at the Hollywood bowl on a full moon summer night. Both timez very moving moment.
I agree I love this voice I want to order their concerts in Boston Massachusetts and I started climbing was that much fun doing your she just at Walmart we called Garden safely this isn't coming out right cuz my phone does work I love rock and roll Bad Company
I remember seeing Free play live in the early 70s and being mesmerised by his voice ... then seeing company play a few years ago and his voice seemed even better ...he’s a legend 👍
@@strattuner Sooo agreed, ive seen the list lately and the put rappers and ppl who have nothing to do with ROCK AND ROLL in there, blows my mind but thats todays day in age
Simon Kirke. Yeah, he's been great since the early 70s. He isn't flashy, but he knows how to play exactly what a song calls for, percussion-wise, and he keeps time like a Swiss watch. With groove and feeling. Excellent musician.
Mick Ralphs is a shamefully underrated guitarist. I found Mott the Hoople before they did All The Young Dudes and saw them live just after Ralphs left, then I saw Bad Company at the first Charlton gig.
Love This Song & The "Bad Company Band" As Well! I'll Bet That The ALT-LEFT Democrat Socialists ANTI-U.S.A., ANTI-2nd AMENDMENT, ANTI-Gun, Gun Control FREAKS Hate This Song!
Unusual to see Paul Roger's and Mic Ralphs perform together. Saw them in summer 2014. Colossal show. My first album as a kid in the 70s. Best band ever
Best Bad Company song by a mile. Have been lucky enough to see both the original and a later incarnation os this fabulous band. Live they are amazing. I find it sad that the youngsters will never experience their like today. As far as I'm concerned they are the epitome of a great British rock band.
Paul Rodgers is still today a great singer! How is that even possible? He is amazing and I gotta say he got more handsome as he aged. Love everything about this man! Love me some Paul Rodgers!
In some westerns, there’s something I call a “Bad Company” moment: when someone does something so badass, the only way you can react to it is to play the chorus from this song.
Better than anything today great musicians and of course Mr Paul Rogers still brilliant voice after all these years one of the greatest voices in rock ever been thats how its done kids

PAUL RODGERS IS THE MAN !!! BAD COMPANY IS MY FAVORITE BAND BECAUSE OF HIM AND SIMON KURT AND OF COURSE MY #1 SONG OF ALL TIME IS "BAD COMPANY " YALL ROCK !!!!
Their debut album is one of my favorites of all time, put it on and listen and no skipping to the next song. I'm surprised they picked SEAGULL for the end of the movie FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, the producers must have been BAD CO fans?
Love Bad Company. All excellent musicians. Seems Simon Kirke started off w a one-up two-down outfit. Then, dropped a floor-tom and went back to his foundational 4-piece kit. 14x26... 10x14 tom... 18x20 floor-tom. Powerful as can be and seems to rock------- the best.
This is what you young ones will never witness. 5 guys......instruments....smoke. the absolute finest rock singer ever. Period.
Paul Rodgers is one of the Greatest rock vocalists in Rock and Roll. For like 50 years!!
Yes indeed there's no debating it he is one of rock's greatest vocalists for sure.🎤
I'll repeat it a thousand times if necessary. Why is this iconic band not in the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame? Travesty!!!
The rock and roll Hall of Fame is not worthy of bad company, especially with all the crap they induct into it.
Because the music industry is filthy and he's a good guy! From Bad Company, Free (Alright now) and The Firm... Paul Rogers is a legend!
@@limerickwindow2211agreed. I don’t pay the “rock hall of fame” any mind at all.

And what is the reason my friend?
How great does Paul Rodgers sound, 40 years later ?! Hitting those high notes -with power - at his age is no joke !
Oh he’ll still get it.. I’ve done some stage sound for them and they all still can get it
What can be said other than TOTALLY AWESOME 🆒 👏
Paul Rodgers is pure 🔥🔥🔥🔥
As if hitting those high notes is the only thing that determines the greatness of a singer. Lol

Bad Company will forever rule, their way too exceptional not to!
They haven't sold over 90 though, it's 40 million worldwide. I wonder who gave Jay Leno that number
90 mill I don’t think so,great band though

Can't argue about that voice, or the band.
The greatest Rock n Roll singer ever!!
How a song can give you chills and tears at the same time.
Paul just insane vocals...so good !
Perfection!!!

Bad Company forever my favorite band of all time 🤘
Mentio, Paul Rodgers,.. &

The voice of a generation. These guys kick ASS !!!
Paul Rodgers has always been the greatest rock singer in this world.
Paul Rodgers = One of the greatest frontmen of all time.
And did a great job with Queen too.

He really is. He's got so much personality and energy to go along with his obvious talent.

Saw them in Michigan a couple years back and they still can rock hard. Paul Rodgers is still one of the best voices in Rock music ever!
I was in Germany in 1975, saw them live in Manhiem, they were the intro band for Bachman turner overdrive, imagine that, great concert, good memories.
It makes me quite happy to see that Paul Rodgers enjoys his voice as much as we do. Best.
Bad Company, their signature tune, only one word for Paul Rodgers & Mick Ralphs, “ICONIC”, what a rock group, incredible sound!
One of the most underrated singers from the "Old School of Rock". He's a bloody LEGEND and his voice just gets better.
Awesome end of !!!!!
.... and as usual, at least one guy must drag out the cliched “underrated” label when it hardly applies.

I came here to find a live version of "Bad Company". Seeing the stacks of Marshalls, I was not disappointed. Thank-you!
How is this band not in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame? A tragedy!!!

Such a Kick-Ass preformance and rendition of this classic.
A much better vocalist even than in the 1970s, and refined his style from the Free years.
This is probably the third time I've watched this! And it is an excellent performance! Bad company kicks ass! ❤️❤️❤️
Lovely drums from Si. Solid, great groove as ever. Well played.

One of the original super groups. They shared a the same label as Led Zeppelin. That's really all anyone needs to know.

Simon Kirke. Yeah, he's been great since the early 70s. He isn't flashy, but he knows how to play exactly what a song calls for, percussion-wise, and he keeps time like a Swiss watch. With groove and feeling. Excellent musician.
Simon Kirke, the legend who was with Paul in Free!
