Taking care of my plants. There's something peaceful and also engaging about taking care of plants. Cycling in the evening. It's really fun. Drawing. Really helps me to get busy it and forget bout my problems. Exercise. Since I workout at my home, I don't really have to worry bout people. Feeling down, feeling happy, feeling lazy just workout. Always fun. Anime. Last. Cooking. There's something really fun about making food and sharing with your everyone. I enjoy the process a lot.

And the only thing that truly helped me was going on the roof and walk as i wasn't having a proper place in my colony to walk. I remember once I walked from university to home talking more than 3 hours but I enjoyed it.
Before watching your first video, coincidentally I started loving myself,to do that , I exercise, I do face scrub, I do head massage, I cooked food for myself and I read 5-6 pages of my favourite book. Now I strongly believe in Law of attraction.
When I am upset, I eat a lot just to keep my mouth engaged so that my mind is also engaged. Past year is really life changing year for me, I reflect a lot and understood why I was enjoying the self destructive habit. Books help me a lot. They show me life of many people from whom I found answers to my questions. I found love of my life and cure for my self destructive behavior that is creative writing because of reading. I started reading after binge watching your videos. I was a person who was skeptical about relevance of fiction without even knowing about it. I am greatful to you and booktube community. That decluttering your room was soooo Accurate! When people are in a bad phase they mess up their room like they have messed up their mind......Cleaning room makes myself a lot calm as I have major clinical depression and OCD... I am a ICSE 2020 candidate and due to the coronavirus, spreading like a pandemic throughout the world, our exams have been postponed. So sad to say that, I was left with only 3 exams- Geography, Computer and Biology, and now I have to wait nearly 2-3 weeks for giving this exams and the dates are yet to be announced. Hi Helly, amazing video and tips. I am currently going through a similar situation in life. I am doing better now but I had to broke up on vday. All the tips you shared is really great. I would also like to add one more activity that has helped me a lot is doing some form of work out. When this type of stuff happens it apparently breaks you into pieces, hurts your self esteem and a very good way to stand up is to feel confident about you. So when you start working out people will start commenting on your appearance and it will be a confidence booste. At least thats how it felt for me. Also I have started answering a questionnaire where I am answerable to myself. For example in my questionnaire I have a question if I have learnt anything new. So when you reflect on all the learning and see a cumulative result after 7 or 10 days you will notice how you have grown as a person. And that is really really important. You can certainly add questions as per your requirement and where you want to be in life. I hope it helps someone. Best of luck. Things will get better over time.
