I've been craving this soup lately and you make it look so easy to make! I'm wondering if the chicken and chicken broth could be substituted with tofu and vegetaable broth or if that's not a good idea... Wish the recipe had been written in the description.
Looks awfully delicious. I will try to make this in the next couple of days. I admit that I have never added eggs to a soup before, but I am anxious to give it a try
