Nah. I just went to Costco and bought lots of healthy food and have been making it a goal to prep even though I’m really busy with school and stuff. Trying to make health a priority. (My skin was getting baddd) I am avoiding as many processed foods as I can and eating Whole Foods which I think is really important. I’m also incorporating a lot more fruit which I used to shy away from because of the sugar. Which is sort of dumb but it’s how other diets had my brain thinking. Also a really important thing is I try and drink at least have my body weight in ounces of water a day :)
I also cut out dairy almost completely except I have a little cheese here and there because it’s one of my favorite foods and I thinks it’s important not to cut out food you like because you’ll end up binging later if you don’t let yourself have treats here and there. And of course cutting back on alcohol and hopefully just getting rid of it completely ! Sometimes it’s hard to remind myself of that goal when going out with friends.
I think the big thing is not doing a diet but slowly changing up your habits to healthier ones in order to create a maintainable way of eating :) with dieting typically I am miserable, I end up getting sick because I’m not getting enough food or nutrients, and I gain the weight back later. So I’m doing the long way but the lasting way
Kelly Madsen I personally avoid fruits and it works for me :) do whatever works for You! As long as you feel like you're glowing from the inside it and your skin's clearing up, I think you're on the right path. :)

Just finished sweat it to shred it for the second time (ish... with some days off and variations of course) since it came out and am so stoked for May!! Standing desks are great, but if you stand for too long your feet start to hurt. I tried a standing desk once, but my feet started hurting, and since I was standing for hours every day my feet hurt like all the time. When I would wake up in the morning they would be okay, but it got so they would start hurting after standing for less than an hour. If you spend a lot of time at your desk, a standing desk might not be the best unless you can either get something really cushy to stand on or if you have a desk that can easily be converted from a standing desk to a sitting desk.
Standing desks aren't recommended for everyone- they require correct posture and musculature otherwise they reinforce imbalances and incorrect muscle memory. Same applies to sitting on fit balls. They also need to have anti burst technology.

Loved this vlog, especially because I’m studying chiropractic!!!! I also struggle with sore traps after spending hours sitting at my desk studying. Regular chiro appointments help heaps for me, and my chiro always rubs some active balm over those muscles to help sooth them. It’s great to keep moving too, but you’re already doing. Love your work sezzy 😘😘

I save it for my walks home from and work and pretty sure everyone who drove past me thought I was on crack cause it’s just lone old me walking along the road pissing myself with headphones on. Would love to hear an episode about Intermittent fasting 👍🏻
I use a wobble stool at work, I tried an exercise ball but it was too low.. and the wobble stool is more subtle! But it definitely makes you feel more active and helps posture!

Get a sit stand desk. You can customise the heights so you press the button for it to raise and you can stand, then press another button and it’ll go back down to the correct height for you sitting 💕

Love all of your videos as well as your podcast! I was hoping to learn a little bit more about the difference between refined sugar and natural sugar. I understand that sugar found in natural forms such as fruit are digested along with fiber and other nutrients whereas refined sugar doesn't have the fiber to help it slowly digest. I'm just wondering what that means in terms of how your body is effected, what the side effects are, and how our bodies respond to refined sugar. I know that its not something I want to eat, but I'd like to be able to explain why to those who tell me that its not going to kill me. Thanks for taking the time and keep those vlogs coming! Love them!
