David, you just keep trapping. You're good at it and quit thinking you half to explain to a few people why you do it. You can't convince them why anyway. Have a good day. God bless.

As you can see yes, I am a black older female. I have no idea of what made me start watching this man's channel, I've never been hunting. I've never lived in the woods now. My stepfather was a avid hunter. But I never ate any Rabbits squirrels Raccoon's, and he used to shoot a cook but he with a hella of a cook. I just couldn't bring myself to eat it.but I enjoyed this guy right here

Some may complain about the beaver / raccoon / etc. trapping, but we really enjoy and appreciate it all. Some of the tips come in handy for managing predators around our farm. Tks, David, and keep it coming!

There are situations in the mountains where beavers are very destructive, too. There are many areas that depend river and canal flow for irrigation and actual drinking water. Beavers can create huge problems. BUT, nothing much more exciting than trout fishing a mountain beaver pond! 😊😊😊

Hey, Yawt! Great haul on those beavers!👍👍 I watch a channel from Lithuania; he can only tear the dams down as the beavers themselves are tightly licensed. Seems weird, since that farmland is below sea level and already prone to flooding. He has to return every few months because the beavers just rebuild their dams; duh.
Anyhoo, I really enjoyed the video. May I respectfully suggest you invest in a chest mount for your camera/phone? It won’t work in all situations, but it would for many of them. Or one for your head/cap? You’d still need to be aware of your angles, but you’d have more options.
You gonna freeze those beavers for eating later? Maybe give the (skinned! The pelts are worth money 😉) carcasses to a family that would eat them? Push comes to shove, hunters who use dogs might want the meat for their packs…yeah; I know, but I *hate* waste!🤭
Good to see you getting around handily. You get winded a bit, but ain’t like you’re 22 hahaha! I know my body doesn’t believe my mind that I’m about 36! I’m 70 as of July, so time has had its way with me hahaha! That and being fat🫣🤭! But ‘use it or lose it’😉.
Thanks for the reminder that God gave dominion over wildlife to people; it can be easy to forget for sympathetic types. But, as you said, there’s things that need controlling. I’m thankful for our country’s abundance and variations; it results in requiring different strategies for different areas that we need to respect. Including ‘thinning the population’ sometimes 😉!
Still bare ground and extra warm here in SW WI, but maybe snow in a few days. Well, we’ll see; I’ve heard that before with nothing showing up! But it seems it’ll have to hit sooner or later… take care and PTL Jesus loves me!❤

Again you have to say those who criticise do not grasp the work you are doing for the environment and conservation. Perhaps if their home was flooded, the crops they had sowed as a farmer were lost or that an ambulance with a loved one could not reach a hostile because of flooding then they might understand.
A really good film and great editing.
