Just stayed here this past weekend. They have a free shuttle to get around. If your going to Niagara falls you can get there but with all the stops it takes awhile. That being said the bus drivers are amazing people and all really nice. There is a lot more in the area than just the falls and we never knew until we caught a shuttle bus ride. I wish I had planned more than a weekend trip for here. Next season this may be a week long trip. The campground is now one of my favorites and I plan to visit at least once a year just because the park is so nice. Really have to spend some more time in this campground and check out the local towns because there is so much to do.
I don't mind just spending time in Lewiston versus Niagara Falls (since I grew up in Lewiston and the Niagara area...) Hope to get back this August or September.
When AirBnB around the area charge more than the campground just for "cleaning fees per night" - camping at 4-mile is such a bargain. I rented a cottage last fall near the park in a small 1-bd cottage - was nice but campgrounds can be more fund meeting travelers.
