I would like to see the Cleaning and chatting on this channel. I think starting a new channel for the vacations and day in the life is a great idea. I really like the chat videos as you go vs the voice overs.

Appreciate the motivation (harder to come by in the summer) to get going on my house. As to Disney versus your usual content, I prefer cooking, cleaning, grocery hauls, and product-testing.

Hi Rachel! I had a cooktop stove. The pots you use actually wears on the glass. I was told that is micro abrasion of the glass. You can’t remove those marks you hate. 😢. Hugs.

Rach I love your video's as they are. Love the chatting, it feels like we are friends just chatting and cleaning together. As far as disney footage, i think you should stick with your normal footage and make a seperate video of your family vacation. Hope that helps! Love your tips as well. I LOVED this video! Please don't ever be embarrassed about the things you show in your videos Rachel, because it makes me feel less alone. I prefer the chatty/personal videos. I'm not a girl who needs music or fancy editing, just the real deal. I only have two girls, but I can relate to everything you said in regards to your kids in this video, with the kisses everywhere, and the cups. Oh the cups. I have different colored cups, and ones with different characters on them, but I still find random cups all over my house each day. I still love Rae Dunn, but I am very selective about what I purchase. I have one mug for each season, and one everyday mug. They are the perfect size for homemade lattes, but I cannot have Rae Dunn all over my house because all of the words everywhere would overwhelm me. Lol, but I think it looks nice in other people's homes. For the Disney content, I think you can keep it here on this channel. I've always taken your channel name as Rach Plus Five, as your life with all the things involved in being a mom.

Oh my kids home from school makes life crazy! I hear the color cup option but dollar tree solo cups and a sharpie! Write their name on it. And they don’t have to be completely disposable, they can be washed and uses a couple of days to save on waste then recycle. Just a thought we always use this for gathering, cookouts, showers etc. and everyone knows who’s cup is who’s! Also on your next Temu haul try the $0.38 scrub daddy dupe. They work very well, probably don’t last 3 months but a month and 3 at $0.38 is still cheaper than the mommy or daddy! Work same with hot/cold have scrubber and softer side.
I keep forgetting to try the TEMU scrub daddy but I will add it now so I don’t forget on my next round. 😊
I like the amount of talking and the music in this one!! If I am cleaning along it helps me keep up with where you are if I can’t keep my eyes on it all the time!!! You do a great job and I watch Kimberly of the Wads as well!! I think I found you from her channel!!

If you haven't tried it yet, for your stovetop- Scotch Brite makes a glass cook top sponge that helps get badly burnt on stuff off

I can't tell you how inspirational you've been to me. I've lived in the same apartment in NYC for almost thirty,YES 30!, years but have never been a great housekeeper. Watching your videos has inspired me to start really cleaning a little at a time to get it where I'm satisfied. Oh how I'd love to have you come for a weekend and help me along! Girl yes. I agree with you so much. I got rid of all my mugs with all the extra stuff and bought plain white mugs. Now, I have to get cups because for some reason they are missing lol
I feel a huge purge of my mugs in my very near future. 😊

Use the weiman's glass stove top cleaner on your stove top. The one that says heavy duty on the bottle, not the daily cleaner, and it should take all of that haze off! Mine does the exact same thing, and weiman's works every time! I use their scrubber with it and their razor blade for really stuck on messes, and my stove top stays looking like brand new other than the scratch from the previous owners. If you get the starter kit, it comes with the scrubbing tool and razor blade with the cleaner to get you started.

I mean im pretty selective but I love rae dunn stuff. Just found a 3 bloom vase the other day at goodwill that says bloom. So cute! I use these things for propagation of plants I want more of though.
She does have some great plant items.
I would prefer a little Disney on here, but mostly keep as is for this channel. This was a great video and since you asked, I also like the commentary while you clean over music - especially with your good ideas.

As I’ve seen other influencers layer in other categories of content, what they seem to settle on is doing separate videos on same channel so that those that want to watch new category of content do, and it doesn’t take away from the original content. I’ve watched many that start other channels, and as an outsider it seems they always struggle with the time frame of getting the second one monetized. I’m not a RUclipsr, just a watcher so please take that with a grain of salt! Just seems to be the pattern I’ve observed. ☀️

I consider myself lucky that I didn't fall down the popular Rae Dunn rabbit hole because I'm easily influenced by what's popular at the moment. I am bad about collecting this for awhile , get tired of it then start collecting something else. Please keep doing your videos like this. Those gray “stains” on your cook top could be caused by pans that are not perfectly flat which affects your electric burners and leaves marks under your glass cooktop.

I have to stay on top of dishes, trash, cleaning litter box and also hamster cage. Makes it stink in the house easy. It's a family of 3 but sometimes I also do dishes twice a day. I don't have a dishwasher.
My kids keep asking for a hamster and I tell them no because of our cats. Maybe one day.

I know it makes sense for you but I hate those clear organizers as they get dusty and icky so quick . I have everything inside the drawers
It just makes things stay neater and look neater
I wish I had drawers because the cabinets don’t have enough space to put everything and be able to grab the daily stuff with ease.

I wish I knew what causes that issue. It mostly seems to happen when my husband cooks and he uses all high heat so maybe that plays a factor… 🤷🏼♀️
Watching in the uk i love your videos, i have 3 kids and i love motivation you give. I always clean along with you 😊 i do have to substitute some of the products as we dont have them here. Ive recently started using Spanish cleaning products, a good brand is asevi and 3 wiches glass cleaner is amazing dont know if your amazon would stock them

I did once but the pink stuff can be abrasive and I’m nervous I’ll scratch my cooktop.
Pull out a mason jar or cup and put your brushes in it to display on your bathroom counter.

For your stove top. Soft scrub with oxy and your scrub mommy sponge. Thank me later! Seriously! It keeps my glass cooktop looking BRAND NEW. Kills me all the time I used to spend trying to scrape and get it clean before I found that hack. Scrub it wipe it all off and then spray the spray way glass cleaner on it to shine it and you’ll be amazed.

Keeping the garbage disposal clean is huge for stopping them! The have sticky papers you can find that attract and kill them, they are ok. Still trying to find a great solution.
Use an SOS soap pad and a magic eraser on stove top!

What is difference between Scrub Daddy And scrub mommy?
Scrub Daddy is all scrubber. Scrub Mommy is scrubber on one side and a sponge on the other side.
I never got into the Dunn thing thank God.
