what a great film. Yes family life is so valuable. What we see in films normally diluted family life but this film really make us aware how important family life like the holy family

Fasting is desisting from those things that would nourish the physical body to the point of thinking they (the things - that's right, I don't think it applies to food alone. Things could refer to our phones, our busyness...) are what we need for survival. It's God we need, see. He makes us survive and thrive, see. Fasting is like noise cancellation too so that we'll have more reception to the Holy Spirit. And the more regular we are, the more we trust that our the more experience with Him we have and his dependability is credible to us. The less regular we are, well, we become frantic whereas He remains unfazed. And then we turn here and there, not knowing exactly to what end we're getting, we're uncertain. Shalom, @I Anon.
