The world-renowned Marine Corps Installations Command-National Capital Region-Marine Corps Base Quantico is very large indeed, covering some 55,000 acres. MCINCR-MCB Quantico's mission is summarized as follows:
"Commands and controls assigned organizations and provides facilities and services to tenant commands, military, and civilian personnel, and family members in order to promote and sustain training, readiness and facilitate Inter-Agency, Joint, and Service-level missions."
Official release related to this recent training event: Thirty-five competitors representing every major Marine Corps Installation persevered through challenges during the 5th Annual 2019 High-Intensity Interval Training Championship aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Sept. 10, 2019. These challenges were only two of the many events that encompass the 5th Annual 2019 High-Intensity Interval Training Championship featuring the Marine Corps’ best warrior athletes.

Seriously buff chicks struggling where a moderately fit man would need just a little effort and still finish way ahead.
Simply put, a mixed sex organization lowers the overall standards for warfighting readiness which should not ever be compromised for political ideological justifications which has been a degrading factor in the US military for at least 50 years.
