Testing Line6 Variax 700 Acoustic and playing Metallica Fade to Black live acoustic version. After the beginning I use 12 string simulation. Nice piece of gear IMO...
Sounds great! Do you still like the Variax acoustic? I’m considering buying one, despite Line 6 discontinuing product support for it. I have their electric Les Paul-style JTV-59, and I absolutely love it.
@Danielguitharguy1 It is build in the guitar. Actually there is two different 12 string simulations.
Nice guitar, cool sound :D
@JamesMetallHetfield Thanks. You can find one from ebay about 550-600 €/$.

Nice sound! What settings do you have the variax in? Folk12 or the Blues12? Mic pos, volume and compressor setting?
@DeatrusTV Just testing for now. Later...
@NightmareSteve No, but his gear is good tips for seeking good sound.
@DavidQC123 Standard half step down
Is the 12 string simulator build in the guitar or do you use an effect on the GT-10?
@JAMIS460773 Cheers :)
it sounds so much authentic with a 12 string sound since james recorded it with a 12 string
I Love your Equipment and your sound very good! What have you pay fot the Guitar?
Ironically, James Hetfield actually uses this Line 6 Variax 700 in their live shows.
