-------------------------------------------------------------- Today, we will be discussing the top 5 tallest buildings currently under construction in the bustling city of Phnom Penh. Firstly, Naga World 3 Tower, which will be an impressive 358 meters tall, with a total of 75 floors, and an investment of $3.5 billion.
Second on the list is let's take a closer look at J Tower 3, a monumental $150 million project developed by the Tanichu Group of Japan. This towering structure is located in Village 13, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, and is set to reach a height of 320 meters with 77 floors. Construction began on December 27, 2023, and it is anticipated that it will redefine the skyline by the end of 2028.
Third, KBX Tower, developed by Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group. Situated along Preah Monivong Boulevard in BKK3, this $130 million project will stand tall at 230 meters, boasting 60 floors above ground and 2 below. It is predicted to make a significant impact on the city's skyline.
Fourth on the list is we have Time Square 6, the sixth installment by Time Square Condominium located in BKK1. With a height of 210.7 meters and 49 floors housing 454 units, this $58 million project led by Megakim World Corp. Ltd promises to be a captivating addition to Phnom Penh's skyline. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Last but not least, M Tower will stand 163 meters high, with 40 floors, and an investment of $85 million. The groundbreaking for the construction site, located on Street 78 near Hang Koh Pich Bridge, has already begun. It is a 36,000-square-meter, two-story basement condominium with a five-star hotel, developed by China Railway Urban Construction Group Cambodia.
