- Epic... not many other words for this one. Inspired by the one we tried in New York we've upped the ante and gone all out... a marshmallow centre, with chocolate pudding, moist chocolate sponge and an oreo crumb! Hold on to your hats!

Second of all, don't think about it like you're dieting until you reach your goal; rather, think about it like making a full lifestyle change. Remember that a little indulgence occasionally won't undo all the work you've done, and if you fall of the wagon once don't get discouraged, think that your diet's ruined, and decide that you should just give up. @Hana and Seffi as someone who had gestational diabetes twice, I am well aware that diabetes is not dietary related. If I had written that off the cuff comment on, say, the Diabetes UK channel, I could understand your anger. But I didn't. I wrote it on the Sorted Food channel. A channel known for its frivolous banter. End of.

A great tip for putting crumbs at the sides of a cake is to use half a lemon, dunk it in the crumbs and then press the crumbs on the cake. Works really good and is way less messy than throwing. ;)

Valerie T probably it is possible. but then it would be best to melt then in microwave stirring every 30 or so seconds.
Or just use Marshmallow fluff? maybe?

JOANN NATION Try replacing coconut milk by stirring in thick yoghurt towards the end of cooking. It gives that creaminess!

I was born in and yes, chocolate blackout cake was a classic and Ebinger's, a chain bakery was it's producer. Like your take with the marshmallow/oreo centre.
