I got her at 90 pulls, and after, not joking now over 2k presence spent on logistics (first the materials then buying them from shop), I only got two, TWO of her logistics with 4% and 5% attack, not even alignment or crit damage. Is this just me? Or have they nerfed it? Earlier I did the change stat thing 20 times and got not even one of the right elemental attacks either, ofc I did this prior to this new system! I got her really fast on the 50/50 banner but the best luck came with her weapon. When I pulled for it I got two copies! Straight to tier 2.

How reliant is jade arc on her signature weapon? can I cheap out with her shop weapon instead?
