Do you think if I do the CIPD it will help me to get a job in England? That's enough? Or do you think I need to do a postgraduate degree or certificate at a university?
Hi Mayane, I am well thanks. I hope you are too. I am glad you are enjoying my content! I would say it is helpful to get a CIPD qualification if you would like to work in the UK. Most jobs do look for someone who is working towards or has a CIPD qualification. However, you have 6 years of experience and there are many similarities on a global level when it comes to HR so if you sell yourself well you can get a job without doing the qualification. You don’t have to do a masters, you can get a Level 5 qualification for example by signing up to do a course with a certified provider. To conclude, I do think its helpful but you may be able to get a job with your extensive experience. Hope that helps.
