It has gotten better but every once in a while it flares up. I’m hoping to see a chiropractor today.

Spoke to my wife who is a physician, she was not alarmed by your positional vertigo. Without evaluation, suspects fluid in your inner ear, probably related to your allergies. Also keep in mind your changing altitudes. Says meclazen (sp?) will help but will also make you tired.
On another note, minute clinics are a great place to see a medical staff, not an ER, not a family Physician but you will be seen quickly.

Sometimes when I stand up quickly I get a bit dizzy, but early this year copped Vertigo big big time for the first time in my life. Went to get up in the morning and it was like I was on a rocking boat in a heavy swell. Stayed in bed a couple of days and didn't leave the house for about three, then walking to the shops I was like a drunk person meandering along the footpath. Don't know what caused it, just waited it out took a week or so. I get ear wax buidup so had my ears cleaned thinking that may of been the problem, they hadn't been done in awhile. Haven't been to a chiro for thirty five years. Laying on my back with knees up and then rotating to the floor releases the tension in my back. Other times the back just realigns, had that happen twice recently when I felt like a cripple and then feel a bit of discomfort for a moment and it's good again, but carrying a pack everyday might be a different story.
Luckily, my vertigo has dissipated. I did a couple of the maneuvers that were recommended saw chiropractor and got a little massage and I think all of that really helped plus, I’m taking Sudafed in the morning.
when allergies get me very congested it gives me vertigo, so my way to combat that it’s with decongestants 💁🏼♀️

How often have you been taking the Tylenol PM? I took that one time - and only one time. Because I woke up the next morning very loopy and dizzy. I wonder if that has anything to do with your symptoms?
Maybe three times the whole time I’ve been on the trail. And it is usually Tylenol PM to help me sleep.
The Brandt-Daroff maneuver, is that the exercise you’re doing for vertigo? It’s been a game changer for me. Also taking Allegra-D, has to be from the pharmacy counter where you show ID and sign for it, has helped when it flairs. I love your video of trail days!
