Appliance Parts Pro is the BOMB!!! I can't thank you enough for this video and the help I received from your call center professionals. They were super helpful and patient with diagnosing my Kitchen Aid dishwasher problem. I must have talked with everyone there over the last week or so. Replacing my circulating motor didn't look too difficult and wouldn't have been except for a few snags. When I was at my wits end today one of your pro's figured out a solution. My dishwasher is just finishing up a cycle and I couldn't be happier!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

THANK YOU for this video! I replaced the pump and now our dishwasher is like new. Before, it was making a very loud noise, then it died completely. Ordered the part on Ebay, saved over $500 compared with buying a whole new dishwasher! Took me about 2 hours total for the whole job.

Would the steps in this video also work for model number KUDC10IXWH0?

Would there be any reason the new replacement motor would be loud? It is pumping, just louder than the old motor before it died.

Manufacturers do change the design of parts frequently in an attempt to make parts compatible with as many of their appliances as possible, so a design change could be the cause in the volume change. However, if it's significantly louder there may be a problem.

On my Maytag, the chopper needs to be removed first.

Without knowing what you have, I would suggest posting the problem along with the appliance model number on our repair forum and the techs can help you troubleshoot the problem. forum.appliancepartspros.com/
