Anyone with half a brain cell knows things posted on Deux Moi might not be true. I also think his disdain really shows his age. Even non celebrity millennials and Gen Z’ers are used to having ppl talk smack on them on social media. It is what it is. I get how it could affect his income but this isn’t a big deal.

Famous people don't sue gossip sites for one big reason -- discovery. If it actually goes to court, even more of the celeb's secrets has the potentially to be exposed so... not gonna happen.
That is where you are wrong, there have been endless files against them. Oh and they have lost everyone of them. Do your research prior to posting.

Okay I'll go. The famous one was Caroll Burnett who won a lawsuit against National Enquirer which claimed she was drunk at a restaurant. As she had alcoholism in her family, she fervently didn't drink so thus was not worried about the discovery process bc the article was 100% incorrect and she won the landmark case. The issue is that tabloid articles and now gossip posts usually have a bit of truth in them -- like this Jeff Lewis one (the man famously had a show called Flipping Out). But with Lewis, he probably wouldn't be put off by discovery and would likely welcome it as it would give him more press -- but he's a reality star and not a movie star. Big difference. Stars like Aniston, J-Lo, Ben Affleck, Pitt, Jolie, etc would never sue a tabloid bc they don't want any exposure they can't control.
