For those of you how want measurement, I used 50", (127cm) of 10mm rope, that's the smallest I had on hand. This made an approx 24", (60.96cm) hitch. Each poacher's knot took 26", (66.04cm). I like the tight measurements as there is not a long tail from the prusik to the Carbiner.
@@Knot-orious Thanks for the advice, but I have absolutely no money for expensive heat-resistant rope, there is a terrible, bloody war in our country, hundreds of thousands of corpses, many do not have a roof over their heads and basic food to survive!
@@alexmelnua That's horrible! I completely understand. I'm sorry that you and your country are going through such a horrible ordeal. Are you in Ukraine? You will be in my thoughts and prayers. At least you still have internet! Stay safe and I'm here if you have any further questions!
The hitch I tied at the end is called a Schwabisch! Also sometimes referred to as an asymmetrical Prusik! Once again, I'll definitely be sure to make a video for the Rolling hitch as soon as I am able! =-D
