The worst i ever saw was when i rode along with my husband one day as he installed autoglass...we saw two adorable girls selling lemonade, so we stopped to buy some, especially because we have two of our own and we know how big a deal that "business," lol, means to them. As we approached, we immediately realized that we walked right into a conflict. Some Karen was screaming about the girls selling lemonade without some permit, or some stupid garbage. Cops were called, girls were crying, so we hung around just so that the girls and their mother had witnesses or help, if this psychotic woman tried anything foolishly dangerous. Apparently, selling lemonade would increase and draw traffic down her street, endangering her outdoor cats. It was a cul-de-sac!?!? Poor kids were absolutely Godsmacked! Younger girl started chewing on her fingers while clinging to her the older girl's dress...ever since that day, i have zero sympathy for Karens or the hellfire that they bring down around their ears. Very traumatic for the girls.

I got into an argument because a man was shouting at my young kid twice in front of all the other kids at an indoor playground when he was just sitting at the top of the slide waiting for his turn. I was furious, but backed out when I saw “his kids” scared out of their minds. Protecting kids does not mean putting them in danger or traumatizing them. Some ppl are not worth appearing in my child’s memories years later.
So when someone assaults you , there are 2 things you can do, 1. Call police and have them charged. OR 2. Start throwing punches yourself. Personally I think the latter is far more rewarding.

(I've only seen my store manager like 5 times n I've worked there for almost two years) usually when someone ask me for a manager I say ok then go tell some other random employee because im really bad at confrontation. each section of the store has Dif managers, mine are opg managers. so if someone has a problem at the cash registers, meat dept, fitting room, etc my manager can't really do much.

I work at a Marc's store and the amount of Karen's and Kevin's I've had to deal with during the pandemic was really bad. Some days it was easy to deal with but a lot of days they were ruthless to the point where I ,at the time, a 23 year old man openly cried in public due to the stress and the sheer madness I had to deal with. Hell at the time I remember one of the Karen's not only mocked me but she tried to pull a gun on me she was that unhinged. I still work at the Marc's it happened at cause many of the people that come in are kind and caring. Now because of these events I'm able to spot a Karen before they even open their mouth to speak

I got into an argument because a man was shouting at my young kid twice in front of all the other kids at an indoor playground when he was just sitting at the top of the slide waiting for his turn. @Brian yes there is a store manager. but we can't just go get them because most of the time they aren't there or no one knows where they are. (I've only seen my store manager like 5 times n I've worked there for almost two years) usually when someone ask me for a manager I say ok then go tell some other random employee because im really bad at confrontation. each section of the store has Dif managers, mine are opg managers. so if someone has a problem at the cash registers, meat dept, fitting room, etc my manager can't really do much.

I work at a Marc's store and the amount of Karen's and Kevin's I've had to deal with during the pandemic was really bad. Some days it was easy to deal with but a lot of days they were ruthless to the point where I ,at the time, a 23 year old man openly cried in public due to the stress and the sheer madness I had to deal with. Hell at the time I remember one of the Karen's not only mocked me but she tried to pull a gun on me she was that unhinged. I still work at the Marc's it happened at cause many of the people that come in are kind and caring. Now because of these events I'm able to spot a Karen before they even open their mouth to speak
