    Loved the end with the back seat driver. 🤣 I don't drive for that reason either & my driver often puts me down in puddles too. 😁😆 pay backs a bitch isn't it. 🤣🤣
    Scarey moment for you both, glad all has been well since. We must listen to our bodies. 😜 And yes I get it when travelling with health issues when we are off grid & along way from hospitals in tassie. It's the risk we take, not ideal, but we are adventure seekers. 😜😆 Happy & safe travels from 2justdoinit.

      Thanks Sue! Glad I’m not the only one put in puddles!
      As Cain says we have to stop just surviving and get living. However we will listen to his heart next time.

    I'm glad you're on the mend Cain. I have what seems to be a similar heart condition so I feel for you. It's scary stuff. You take care and please, listen to Katrina.

      Sorry to hear you have a similar problem. Hearts are definitely scary cause you kinda need them. Cain is getting slowly better at listening to me and also his body.

    Lucky you went clockwise. Those stairs are a killer at the end of the walk.....

    • @hapninemptynesters
      @hapninemptynesters  10 месяцев назад +1

      Yes it was very lucky that Cain did some research before we hiked it!

      Your waterfalls in QLD are a bit more specky than here... and warmer

    • @hapninemptynesters
      @hapninemptynesters  10 месяцев назад

      @chaosstate4491 definitely warmer but I don’t know, I LOVED Tassie’s waterfalls. It really helped that it was quite wet last year and all were flowing nicely.

    Not many cars along Gordon Dam road. Beautiful mountain scenery. The resort is very affordable. Love those echidna at Mount Field National Park. They are all over that place. Glad you did those walks, good for the heart, mind and soul.

      It was definitely a good place for me to practice driving hills. Oh I just love the echidnas so aren’t scared at all.

    I hate to agree with a man 😂, but he's right. Life's short. My latest motto is live life in full bloom. 🌻

    Nice goin! Second driver didn't do a half bad job. Why do I know the name Horseshoe Bend Falls. Bein from Ballarat I seem to remember a Horseshoe Bend Falls from up round my necka da woods, not sure. Theres also a Horseshoe Bend Town in New South Seems pretty popular name. Keep up the good work, Horsehoe Bend Falls Tassie was a rippa place. Stay vertical Eh!

    Did you get all the jabs? People are getting heart issues, including blockages from the jibby jabby.

      Cain has a genetic heart condition. He has been living with it for 27 years. He can go years with it being good and then suddenly it starts miss firing again.

    wtf were you driving if your heart is playing up. you endanger yourself, your wife and other road users.

    • @hapninemptynesters
      @hapninemptynesters  10 месяцев назад

      He only did one little section with the van on and hills. Also we didn’t realise his heart was in VT, we thought it was just pacing and pacing doesn’t cause an “issues” as such.

      I (Katrina) have now had more practice towing in hills so I would confidently do it.
